The staff’s friendliness is the only positive thing. This is defiantly not a 5 star hotel, maybe a 3. There was mold in the shower, the air condition didn’t work, and even after I asked the front desk about it they stated it was off but would be working. The fan did kick in after this but the room did not cool off. The food tasted like it was out of a can. Overall, not worth the money. But the staff was very nice.

We spent a week at this hotel in July 2018 and we enjoyed the very good service, excellent restaurant, and a very kind and welcoming staff throughout the facility. We highly recommend this hotel. In addition to the quality of the hotel and the service, the location provided very good access to Salerno, and the other Amalfi Coast locations.

The facilities were average, with poor Wi-Fi connexion and noisy rooms, but luckily the service was excellent, and the receptionist Francesco was very helpful and always positive, despite our grumpiness.

A few km from the coast and Vietri sul Mare, the ceramics country, the Council, modernized and with prices in hand.

Immersed in the beautiful scenery of the Amalfi coast. Wonderful place to enjoy a 5 star holiday.

Hotel is ok, but definitely NOT a 5-star one. Service and facilities are clearly not up to that level — but they charge as if they were. No value for money and thus my poor review. I don't mean it's a bad hotel, it's simply a low 4-star hotel, thus too expensive for what they offer. Examples: they claim having spa but it is in a different hotel, faraway, with most of the facilities not available; Wi-Fi connection is awful! ; most of the times we came to the reception there were nobody and we had to wait for a while to be attended; broken tap at our bathroom, along with multiple (ugly) spots in the walls due to humidity and a continuous bad smell coming probably from non well maintained pipes; very simple breakfast. You won't have a bad stay here, but you will probably feel disappointed by the amount of money you paid. There are clearly other better options around (we have stayed in different hotels in the area, same period of time).

This is a nice boutique hotel just on the outskirts of Vetri Sul Mare and is a bit difficult to get to if you are flying into Naples. It is also an expensive cab ride (€65 round trip) to the nearest major city (Salerno) which you would need to make if you wish to explore places on the Amalfi coast so do factor that in. The hot tub in the room was just a normal bath (no jets) which was disappointing. There is paint peeling at places and there are no power sockets on the bed side (there was only one power socket in the room).

Absolutely stunning hotel set in Raito, 2 mins drive from the beautiful Vietri sul mare. Outdoor jacuzzi on balcony offering majestic views of la Costiera Amalfitana. Excellent service in the hotel complete the 5 stars …

Fabulous location with views over Vietri sul Mare, town and beach. The staff are welcoming and the service they give is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is boutique with just 22 rooms. On the top floor a beautiful garden and pool provides a lovely spot to sunbathe and relax. Very happy stay.

Pretty much everything is perfect, the junior suite with the private hot tub on the terrace, the cleaning, the SPA and breakfast, but above all the courtesy of the guy at the reception.

Friendly staff but I can't believe this is supposedly a five star hotel. It is in reality an average four star hotel. Way overpriced for what you get. Rooms have no character. Wifi very bad, cuts out all the time and very slow. Food is average at best. Same limited menu for lunch and dinner which didn't change once in the five days I was there. Breakfast a joke, mini Kellogs cereal packets, might as well been served breakfast on an airplane. What five star hotel stops serving dinner and room service at 10pm? Many times there would be nobody on reception and I would be waiting for someone to appear. Complained about this and much more and was rewarded with a bowl of over ripe fruit as compensation. Location also not great. Spa is not on site. As I say staff were all pretty friendly but I find it impossible to believe this hotel has genuine five star status.

Live compliments for everything. Or almost. We were enchanted. The structure is wonderful and marries our architectural taste in full, the room beautiful. If the criticism is constructive well certainly the restaurant we did not like, apart from that it is quite small but maybe in line with the size of the relais, it was just the taste of what we ate that did not convince us, to be practical the cous cous was full full d Oil. To be understood the night before we dined at the restaurant FALALELLA, 5 km, in line with the prices but we ate much much better, for refinement and flavor.
If the whirlpool of the room (the 108) had been worked it would have been the icing on the cake but it's fine anyway.
Small note, the bidet was unglued from the pavement but this can happen, I do present only for it to be arranged for future guests.
Either way our vote is a full 9/10.
We will be back with enthusiasm to find you.

You need to ask about the free shuttle sevice, and any other questions, as you do not get an informatiin pack.

What a view! Attentive staff.

Great unique boutique hotel. Family run and successful in my opinion. Every room (all 8 of them! ) has a great view. Would love to come back again.

Best hotel around, extremely recommendable, the staff is great.

Overpriced and under-managed — our suite at over €800 per night was not properly cleaned (there was a full ashtray of cigarette butts on the terrace, plunge pool was filthy) and the TV did not work. The management is not on site; he is at a neighboring property a short drive and a different world away. The desk staff at the hotel are nice but not given the resources to make this a luxury property. For this price, there should be no compromises — unfortunately there are many. we complianed to the "manager" and were told that he was at the other property. So we went to the other property to speak with him personally and were forced to wait for almost 2 hours to see him. Then he proceeded to complain how over-worked he was. He obviously was not qualified for the position that he was given to oversee a "luxury" boutique hotel. we will never stay there again and I would not recommend it. Other hotels have much better long-term management that understand how to make a stay on the Amalfi coast truly a vacation instead of a nightmare.
