We booked this hotel because we had a business meeting in that area. Never again! we were assigned a room on the ground floor 5 meters from the front door. The rooms are poorly manicured and even a dirty Po. Upon my arrival in the room I immediately noticed a long and thick black hair on the floor next to my bed. (definitely not mine since I'm blonde) and for three days that long and often hair has remained there. Yet housekeeping was included! The electric shutters malfunctioned and almost collapsed on my colleague's head.
the windows doors that give on the parking lot do not close and if you do not tightly close the shutters the room remains accessible to everyone. The sofa was stained, the bathroom too small and dated to the level that the hotel boasts. Breakfast is miserable and untasty, the staff can't even make a cappuccino with soy milk. Pulling the sums: I strongly recommend it if you are with someone (for work or personal) and you want to look good. They could improve a lot.

They are not the classic rooms of the hotel but mini apartments real suites with all the comforts. Staff at the disposal and friendly.

Yet the housekeeping of the room were included! We were staying at this hotel on Easter weekend. The property is located on the outskirts of Pozzuoli but it takes very little time to reach the center.
When you arrive you don't have a good impression, the look of the hotel is not inviting at all so it should do a nice renovation to make it more inviting, but X luck once inside the music changes.
The hotel is quite modern and the rooms are really big and comfortable.
The air conditioning system works wonders. In the bathroom there is a bathtub/shower but for a matter of convenience it would have been preferable to just put a shower. Clean and sealed linen.
The hotel has a large parking lot.
Good breakfast with local specialties. Excellent Sfogliatelle and staples, minus the croissants and the Pies.
The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and LAN access in all rooms.

Large, clean rooms. A round of applause goes to the courtesy of the staff, especially mr. Salvatore and Mr. Nalin, an example of professionalism. The only new is the entrance bar to the parking lot, which should be equipped with a sensor that can be activated with the room card. Unfortunately, even if it rains you have to get out of the car to make a phone and open it. Anyway 5 stars!

Good clean rooms? Spacious and nice… impeccable service, efficient and courteous staff. To try.

Rooms are good but beds are really uncomfortable, the breakfast was great and also the reception with very useful suggestions. The position of the hotel is uncomfortable: you need always car to move.
