What can I say… It feels right at home! A beautiful discovery. Thanks to Aida to Fabrizio for everything also for the excellent breakfasts!

Best stay I have ever had! the hostess is so kind and energetic which is very refreshing, the rooms are stunning and great. Our room had RGB lights in the shower which was really awesome! In the mornings, they bring you breakfast in bed and set uo a table in the room to eat which is very nice, especially if you are there for a romantic trip with your partner, the breakfast in bed is really appreciated. When we arrived, since my partner and I had been traveling for 2 weeks, I inquired about doing laundry and the hostess offered to do the laundry for me, which is going far and beyond. When we returned from seeing pompeii, our clothes were folded on our bed. Overall, amazing stay, this bed and breakfast is a must stay in Napoli. 😁🥰 Can't wait to stay again!

We had a fantastic good time in our "home" in Naples. The incredible welcome and availability of Fabrizio and Aida has added to our holiday a touch of well-being and tranquility. Great B&B in best location of Napoli. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and functional. Fabulous breakfast and really lovely hosts. Toledo Metro station is directly across the road and provides convenient, quick access to Napoli Centrale Train Station. Highly recommended.

Great service and great staff. Very secure and friendly and no problem with the language barrier. Also we were offered a beer on arrival and as Aussies, that touched our heart.

Great Experience!
The b&b is located in via Toledo, right in the heart of the city, and pretty much at the door steps of the Toledo station subway line.
Right outside the b&b you’ll find plenty of bars, restaurants, gelato places and stores. Besides, all the main city “hot spots” are easy to get to, most of the time, on foot.
Rooms are newly furnitured, very clean and offer some great views (at least ours) on the Spanish quarters. … Honestly tho, what makes the place really special, are the owners: my wife and I felt very welcomed just as we started the first email exchanges. Fabrizio and Aida took the time, multiple times, to guide us thru all the thigs to do, places to see and cool restaurants and bars.
Their support with planning, together with the experiences they helped arranging, made possible for us — considering that we were in town only a few days — to do a lot in Naples and outside Naples. We totally fell in love with city and I hope to be back if not soon, some day soon! Ciao

Super clean and comfortable rooms. Location was good, in the city centre, very close to a private parking (20 euros/24 hours). The staff is super kind and helpful. They gave us a lot of advice on what we can visit in Napoli for the time we had there. Breakfast is served directly in the room at the time you prefer.

We had a group of 7, split between two rooms, and the consensus among all of us was that we were SO sad we could only stay at Toledo Station for one night. Our short stay was absolutely amazing. Aida and Fabrizio gave us such a warm welcome with nothing but smiles and positivity. Their two sweet dogs also welcomed us with tail wags and requests for pets! Aida offered us drinks as soon as we arrived, and even had some pizza waiting for us. Once we got settled she offered to make dinner reservations for us as a nearby restaurant (which was also amazing! ). The next morning she served us a delicious breakfast before we left. The rooms were super cute and comfortable, and even had air conditioners which was great because it was pretty warm out. The bathrooms (and showers especially) were absolutely amazing. They also had some colorful light options that was a really fun touch. Just from hearing Aida and Fabrizio tell their story about how and why they started this B&B, it is so clear that it is their pride and joy. Staying with them on our first night in Italy was such a great way to start our trip. I highly recommend staying with them, even if you only have one night in Naples like we did.

After a terrible experience with other bnb we had no place to sleep, I called Toledo Station and they saved us that night! they had a MAGICAL available room London themed which I adored. Aida received us and I felt in heaven, with a "welcome beer" and some puppy love (Rio and Mila two beautiful puppies) we felt safe, we stayed for two night and we didn't want to leave, spacious bathroom, huge room and breakfast in bed. The location is PERFECT. Beautiful people and space, we'll love you for ever. Don't even think in staying somewhere else.

Super nice hotel with super friendly host who shares the good addresses and good plan but not tourist like in most of the hotel in the world do.

A beautiful place that makes you feel right at home! Super colorful and full of photos! What about Aida ago as Mistress just arrived with welcome drink welcomes you explaining the whole history of the Toledo station and love for this place. You feel immediately and pampered. Paul is very nice and breakfast always perfect in the room! Were the best days, we felt at home! I will definitely go back and recommend it to everyone! Book you will not regret!

Location is perfect. Room is large, well equipped and spotless. Most importantly though, owners are friendliest and most helpful hosts we have ever had a pleasure of staying with. If I could give this place 6 out of 5 I would.

Fantastic B&B with extraordinary decor. Each room is themed around a different city from around the world and you can feel the owners' care and attention in every detail. The service is very friendly and personal — really helpful. There's free coffee, tea, juice & biscuits. Breakfast is delivered to the room! The location is very good for sightseeing. If you're coming to Naples — stay here!

This is a really nice place in Naples. The owner is very kind. The room is beautiful, the towels are cozy and the bathroom is modern. When I was sick, I gave orange juice and gave me medicine. Naples is a good memory for her. I will stay here again when I come back to Naples.

I was a guest at this bb for four nights: the guys who run it are great, the place is right in the Center and the rooms are new and well maintained. Excellent value for money, I highly recommend you include a breakfast served in the bb and to remove that from the bar, your homemade breakfasts have no respect!

That is a great esperienze. When I came in I feel like home. Frendily staff. The room of londra. I love all the decoration they have. It is so cool, I can say is better than 4 stars hotel!

Aida and Fabrizzio were great from beginning to the end of our stay. We were warmly welcomed after a long journey from our previous country with a cold glass of beer from the tap. Its location is perfect, just a short walk to the coast (castel dell'ovo) or the historic center. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Naples.
