Superotium SuperOtium

Super Otium was splendid.! We stayed in the residence for a week very recently. Very nice rooms excellent location and wonderful people! Vicenzo and Nicolas have created an amazing and welcoming space in Naples. Thank you all guys. Special thanks to Luigi and Elsa! We will definitely go back to Super Otium when we are back in Naples.

This was our first time in Naples and Superotium was perfect for us. The central location, the stunning rooms, the interesting shared sitting room and breakfast lounge. The staff were incredibly helpful, there is a real warmth to this hotel. Through its vibe with its concept, the art, the space and like minded people who are drawn to the full experience and were also staying. We loved the tranquility, after a day in busy Naples and the delicious rustic bread and breakfast before we headed off to explore. Definitely a must stay!

Very cozy and special hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It feels more like you are staying at someone’s home than in a hotel. The location right next to the archeological museum makes it ideal if you are visiting there. If you want a hotel in central Naples then you should strongly consider this place. However, you may want to reconsider getting a hotel in central Naples. I found it very difficult to sleep due to the frequent ambulances and general road noise. Traffic is heavy and seemingly only slows down briefly around 3-4 am.
This is not the hotel’s fault and with heavy doors to block the windows they do what they can to help you deal with the noise. Great place to stay if you are ready for bustling and load downtown Naples.

Seven days spent in Naples at SuperOtium.
Fabulous time had in comfortable accommodation in relatively central location to Naples centre.
The visit was seriously enhanced by the great staff, in particular Luigi, who was so attentive and helpful and his colleague Elsa who was there to meet us as a late night arrival.
Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Well curated interior.
Would readily return and recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the bed was comfortable, though the pillows could use a bit more care. The location is convenient, being close to the station. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay it was fantastic to meet our in-laws who came to meet us from all the way from Turin and explore the beautiful city of Napoli. The people in the South have a more relaxed and welcoming attitude compared to the North, which made our experience even more pleasant.

We booked directly with the hotel and they exceeded our expectations in every way! Bruna was super professional and friendly. I can’t wait to stay at SuperOtium again the next time we’re in Naples ❤️ loved the cozy vibe and gen z interior design. Also really fair prices for the area and the quality of the service.

Amazing experience staying at this boutique hotel. We were lucky enough to experience an in-house exhibition during our stay. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Claudia who organised breakfast for us even when we had an early checkout. Great location as well, as it's very close to Museo metro stop.

This is a mix between a budget hotel and a hostel at best. CN included this in a recent article, if you are expecting anything don’t. It has non stop road noise from cars and horns until 1am, you will never be able to relax in the room. Single pane glass in the exterior doors that don’t seal, you can’t keep the noise out. Bed is the typical Italian hard, if you are familiar with it, it will be what you expect. We showed up for breakfast and the attendant was cleaning up everything but the table you actually sit at, crumbs and food from the previous people who sat on each side of the place setting we were offered were scattered all over where the silverware rested. It was gross, we decided to skip it.

Lovely B&B in the heart of Naples, near the National Archaeological Museum.
Short walk away from the centre, which is about 15 minutes and 35 minutes to the Seafront.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, good amenities, modern/minimal in style.
Breakfast requests accommodated, juices, coffee, cereals, pastries all fresh.
Shared the Junior Suite, this had a mezzanine level with double bed.
Key provided to the outer gate leading to a secure courtyard, lift up or stairs to 2nd floor then use keys to outside door and room.
Very safe and secure in a well kept, historic block of apartments.
Would stay again.

I stayed here with a large group in December 2023 and we were able to book the entire space, which was hugely beneficial. The rooms were very cute and worked well for each group member. The breakfast was included and great to start each day. The living room space was one of our favorite parts of the entire trip since we were the only group there. The only issue was the arrival/departure. The tiny door to pull all of our luggage through was a slight issue and the elevator to get to the second floor was difficult. The cobblestones were also not easy. However, once we were all up in the hotel, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. This is an ideal place to stay in Naples!

We cannot rate our stay here highly enough. We booked through booking. Com having looked at a number of options in Naples. Our journey to get to the hotel was fraught and stressful as the airline we flew with terminated our flight in Rome which is 4 hours away by car, and gave us no alternative so, we had to navigate public transport in a country we have never been to! We should have arrived at the hotel around 11 in the morning, and instead we arrived just gone 10pm at night.
Throughout our journey to the hotel, Vincento the manager kept in contact with us. My mother had rung the hotel from the UK to let him know what was happening, but he had already tracked our flight and contacted us via Whattsapp whilst we sat on the runway at Rome. Vincento kept in touch all day and I would advise anyone having travel issues just to keep updating Vincento.
As the hotel doesnt normally have anyone on reception in the evenings, Vincento arranged for one of the staff to come in and meet us. They were so welcoming. We hadn't eaten all day, and after having shown us where we were staying, the walked my husband and son to a pizzaria so we could get some food and bring it back to the hotel.
The hotel itself is hidden behind a thick door that leads to a communal courtyard. You can then take the stairs or a little lift to the second floor. Outside is a busy road, but once you step through the door, you are in an oasis of calm. It's so peaceful.

The hotel has such an amazing atmosphere. The rooms are incredibly beautifully designed. I already miss being here. The staff was also mega friendly. Overall, 100% recommended for people who plan to visit Napoli!
