Don't book this place if you need late check in or want to access your room easily. I specifically booked Rallegranza because of the ability to do late check-in indicated on the website where I booked and notified them well in advance (at least a week earlier) that I would be flying into Naples late and required the late check-in. At that point they said no problem and raised no issues. Then on the day of my arrival when I could not cancel the reservation anymore, they charged my card the cost of the room and said that they wouldn't be there for late check-in but instead for me to get the keys from some box and leave the tourist tax in the room. I had read online that there was another key needed for the elevator (as well as a 10 or 20 cent coin! ) and a bunch of other logistics so after traveling many hours and knowing I would be tired, I insisted that someone be there for my arrival since they had said late check in was no problem previously. There was a lot of push back on this and back and forth (frankly a waste of my time when I am on vacation) and they even tried to charge me an additional 10 euros — I said none of this was in their terms on the website where I booked which implied late check in was fine, as well they didn't mention any of this even though I emailed them at least a week before about the late check-in. Interestingly they only tell you this on the day of your arrival when you can't cancel the reservation anymore or easily find another place.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. This hidden gem is conveniently located in Naples, and just a 10 min walk from the bus/train terminal. Super affordable and competitive pricing, considering how clean and modern the rooms are. Having access to a kitchen was one of the best features, as it allowed us to make coffee/breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend to anybody passing through Naples!
