Excellent hotel.
It is centrally located, check-in and check-out are easy, and staff let us leave our bags with the front desk after check-out.

It is my second time in this beautiful place and I can’t express how much I love it. If you are in Naples, you must stay here (unless I want to come and have my room 😆)

Elisabetta, the owner of the B&B, is a professional and very welcoming person, we stayed with her for 3 days and we felt better than at home.

Never treated so well by hosts in all my travels by the father and son team who really take care of you with an extraordinary welcome and incredible knowledge of their city.

We had a very comfortable stay. A large, well-appointed, quiet room. Very convenient for the local metro (Materdai). Spotlessly clean, my room was serviced every day.

Stayed there 5 nights with our kids, very nice modern, clean apartment. Dania the owner is very nice and helpful she even took care to buy us some food before our arrival.

Such a lovely host is the owner, so helpful and understanding, the apartments are so clean neat and tidy. And almost everything you need is there. Definitely my only residenza in napoli.

Wonderful b&b in a great location. Amazing host with a wealth of knowledge and hospitality. Highly recommend.

Beautiful bed and "breakfast" in the hearth of Naples. The standard room, furnished with good taste, was very clean. The host Gabriella is very kind and takes care of different guests'needs.

Super clean, cozy, and overall welcoming.
Front desk as always happy to help over Whataspp, check in/out was super easy. Very quiet and felt very safe once in the hotel. Has A/C that works wonders.

The room was very clean, comfortable and full of modern amenities. The front desk staff was kind and very helpful with tips for local food and shopping spots.

We look for hotels that are off the beaten path. We were pleased with the Constantinopoli 104. Our room was very comfortable. We loved the shared terrace outside of our room. Breakfast was delicious.

I am already planning the next trip to stay in Constantinopoli 104 again. The decor is delightful and the front desk service impeccable.

Salvatore and his beautiful wife were so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and quite large! Located close to the station central — it was a very convenient spot for an overnight stay.

Our stay was very good, the rooms were lovely, clean, air conditioned and the facilities were excellent. We were right next to the train station so in a very good area.

I had a wonderful experience with Tony as a host.

Great hotel near the city centre and a good base for day trips outside Napoli.
Rooms are clean and stylish.
Toni is an exceptional host, always willing to go the extra mile.

Clean room, great breakfast. Easy to find and close to the waterfront.

Hospitality, professionalism, cleanliness and central location are just some of the qualities of this magnificent and magical place… to call it b&b is really reductive.
See you next time definitely.

Unique view of the sea. Well-maintained room and always helpful staff. Smooth stay with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly breakfast service.

Great location, staff was amazing, Lougi was great with all my questions. Switched rooms to ocean view the next day. So worth it! Steps away from 20+ great places to eat.

From the very first moment, we were welcomed by an incredibly professional and attentive team who made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay.

We had a truly fantastic stay at the Grand Hotel Parker’s in Napoli. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome.

I recommend this b &b really for everything, both for the perfect location in which it is located but above all for the hospitality and cleanliness of the rooms, comfortable and complete with every
