PèPè Bed & Breakfast

The small b& b was excellent 👌 perfectly clean rooms and a wonderful big bed, fab shower toiletries provided x Dennis our host was so kind and helpful x.

At first it was confusing to get in, let me explain everything is done by what's app. Unfortunately my phone decided not to work. Lucky my daughter saved the day. Very secure you need a code to get in the complex.
Take the lift to 2nd floor then another code to register so when I say you are secure you are.
The decor is colorful and tastefully done. The person who checked us in pleasant, helpful, welcoming so you don't feel like a guest at all.
The room has everything you need we got the balcony don't worry we didn't hear the street noise unless you open the doors. The breakfast is to die for fresh hot taste great. The cappuccino, machlatto, juice to start your tours of Naples. The service of this b&b is beyond excellence he helped us ordered taxi, where to get train anything to make your stay like home. The location is perfect close to plenty of food places, shopping not to far. It is an hidden jewel.

This property is under new management.
I can imagine the people who reviewed this previously had a different experience with the manager before.
I found the bed in our room was very firm and due to recently having major surgery did not sleep well.
The rooms are basic, the bathrooms are small. You have free air conditioning, which is helpful with the heat and humidity in Naples.
The area which the B&B is in is not the best in Naples.
Be aware there is no one on site after 15:00 until 07:00.

Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is especially nice. Andrea was helpful and friendly during breakfast, also there's a nice balcony with a perfect view.

Small but cute! First place we stayed in Italy. It offered the city experience we wanted. The host was very nice. Breakfast is included with pastries and coffee. Shower would get hot then very cold was our only complaint but it wasn’t a big deal. Small bathroom but you don’t spend much time in the room so who cares! Easy to get uber or a taxi here. Beds were comfy and was a great price staying here. Walking distance to so many cool places in Naples! But definitely wear good shoes.

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable in this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the large size and the brightness of our room. The room rate includes breakfast the Italian style, a good cappuccino and croissant. Andrea the owner was always helpful with any questions that we had and quickly responded to any request that we made. He is genuinely kind and always fun to talk to, a great host. The hotel is about 10 min walk to the metro and about 20-30 min walk to the historic downtown depending on where you want to go. The Wi-Fi can be spotty in the room. Will be back again if I visit Napoli in the future!

Wonderful bed & breakfast near the central train station in Naples. The owner Andrea is friendly and helpful. Good location with easy access to all tourist sites, nice breakfast, spacious rooms. Definitely one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in during my many travels!

Upon on arrival it can be deceiving. However once you go inside it’s really good. Super clean and it’s very cozy. We walked til very late at night and it was safe. Lots of cafe bar and great restaurants around. Andrea was very helpful to us. For the price we paid I would say it was excellent.

Nice little humble bed and breakfast at a good price with good service from Pepe but the location was not of our liking at all! It is a good walk to city centre and the area is a bit sketchy, especially at night. Breakfast is super basic, just some pastries and coffee. It would be good if they also offered butter and yogurt. If possible I’d recommend staying in lovely Chiaia, another (much better) world there.

Excellent value for money; ideal for our 2 night stopover — easy walking distance from station & centro storico. Andrea the host is charming.

Very nice place, 10 Minutes from main streets and also Central station.
Rooms are nice and clean, there is a daily cleaning of the rooms. It is a family owned business, so do not expect too much, but host is a great guy Andrea.
There is also a very cute breakfast every morning with Cappuccino and Sweets. It is not much but it will help you start the day.
