Shower drainage not working properly and once you use shower it floods the whole bathroom, same issue also in my friends room. Nothing done to fix issue despite been informed and had same problem the next day.
Also very limited breakfast available and only one cereal available and no cereal bowls available to use and staff member offered small cup to use instead, very poor service.
We had a great stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was basic but lovely. Matteo was very friendly and a great host. Ideally loved to explore the city.

We stayed here for 8 nights. The first few nights our airconditioning didn't work which is why I took off 1 star. Mariarca (the lady at the reception) was very helpful and did her best to get it fixed as soon as possible. She was also always available whenever we had a question. Service was definitely 10/10! We found the street a bit sketchy at first, but we were assured it was very safe and nothing sketchy happened either. Overall a good location close to metro stations and bus stops! A big thanks to Mariarca for everything!
