Very nice and spacious room. The only negative was that the water from the shower didn't drain well. The people were very nice and helpfull. They even prepared a food package when we wanted to leave earlier which was nice. The breakfast was basic. The neighbourhood felt a bit sketchy, but the tram is close by and nothing weird happened.
Brilliant stay. Comfy clean room cleaned every morning. Young man does the breakfast service very pleasant and helpful. Only negative sometimes the water in the shower very slow to drain. But would stay here again short walk to via Toledo main st. Museo metro station only around the corner.

We had a great stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was basic but lovely. Matteo was very friendly and a great host. Ideally loved to explore the city.
