The staff is nice and the location is good if you want to sleep close to the airport (the area is terrible). The room had only a window on the ceiling. The noise of a child birthday party was impossible to stay in the lounge. The sofas in the lounge were extremely old.

Warm welcome and proper catering.

I had a good time, kindness and cleanliness are the best presentation of this hotel, remarkable the professionalism of the waitress of the restaurant I think it is called Ilaria, made us feel comfortable despite all the health restrictions of the moment. Thanks for everything.

Great location, a 10-minute walk to the airport, and 5 minutes from the ring road, the friendliness and precision their highlight.

Dirty walls at the rooms and very noisy. And for a 4-star hotel, the room is very small. 2 star.

It's a very nice hotel with clean and modern looking interior areas and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was excellent and definitely deserves five stars. Especially Francesco the bartender who was very friendly, accommodating and went the extra mile helping us with everything we needed. Thank you very much for your outstanding service.

This hotel is a 10 minute walk from capodichino international airport (CAP). The area is not as safe as other parts of Naples, the main reason to stay is for close proximity to the airport. Front desk staff is friendly and speak English. Rooms are small and dated. Lobby is small but there is a small bar area. Certainly other nicer hotels in the area. Only a few places to walk for a coffee — but short walk to the Alibus to get to Napoli girabaldi train station (main train station) and Napoli Porto (Naples port) for ferry to other islands. Prices are higher than I would expect for the quality but rooms are usually booked.

Reception staff, courteous and smart cleaning and room and cleaning. Not recommended the restaurant that had no fresh produce and I was charged for a dish where there was a piece of toothpick. Dated furnishings, poorly soundproofed rooms. In favor points are definitely the internal parking, the proximity to the airport and the kindness of the very young staff.

Horrrible hotel — no AC in the room / power for AC has gone out 7 times in 2hrs. No mechanical support or management available to address the issue. Bad smell on hotel — wish I could give it a lower rating Buyer Beware — Do not stay in this hotel.

A 4 star … it's bluffing… and a tourist trap.
we are always flattered by the marble that shines at the entrance, the marble stairs also but it's just a flashy eye.
Sound insulation between the catastrophic rooms, curtains of the rooms that date back to the 70', the windows tiles so dirty that it is difficult to see through, the faucet of the bathroom obsolete, finally, a positive point that goes up the note is that the airport is nearby on foot.
$123 room with residence tax. This is no gift for a hotel that deserves only a two-star view.

Really clean comfortable hotel, staff were very friendly and breakfast included some super tasty pastries. Perfect place to crash after a long flight.

It is definitely not a 4 star hotel even a one star guesthouse.

Certainly a fair mix of young freshness and experience is present at the Millennium Gold Hotel. The staff always attentive and helpful will meet the various needs… We often used the meeting room which is really avant-garde. Thank you Andrea and all the staff… Congratulations and God bless you. Its only interest is to be located very close to the airport.

Convenient hotel for those who have a plane to take early in the morning. It is 15 min on foot.

Good location, friendly staff, clean enough, bad rooms, the walls look like cardboard, you hear everything… But everything!

The only good thing about this hotel was the distance from the airport and the tiny complimentary shampoo and shower gel washes they offered. The rooms were noisy, I could hear everything from the rooms beside me and outside. I ordered a bottle of water at the bar and I waited 20 minutes (it was not busy, there was one other person there) and then eventually I gave up and went back to my room without the water. At breakfast the next morning, they made us change seats 3 times because there was a designated lunch and breakfast area, each of which were separated by a tiny buffet table with no signs. We were more annoyed because we were rushing to catch a flight and didn't have time to play musical chairs before we left. The staff were not polite, in any 4 star hotel I would expect a more friendly manner and eagerness to help and assist. Don't bother booking this hotel if you are looking for comfort, peace and friendly staff.

It's pretty bad the first floor rooms are Pesimas.

Close to the airport which is good. But loud streets and no restaurants or food markets in walking distances. Nice staff and building but that's it.

Sordid, something dirty, breakfast regrettable, perhaps in Italy this has 4 stars but it is Spain would have one or two at most.

Business hotel. Rooms are small, beds are comfortable. In the room you can hear the street noise and planes passing by. Prices in the restaurant comparing to quality and quantity are overprised, better to go out for a dinner. Staff is super friendly, polite and helpfull.

Only reason to visit this hotel is its proximity to the airport. Very basic rooms and paper thin walls the noises from other rooms so clear you think someone is in the room with you.

Room clean but with a strong smell of closed. For a 4 star it would be desirable to ventilate some time. Breakfast without infamy and without praise. Convenient to the airport, but do not ask for a taxi (14 euros to make 1km)

Comfortable hotel 3 minutes from Naples Airport. Modern, young but knowledgeable and sympathetic staff. Comfortable room. For quick dinner inside restaurant useful as well as parking.

Would not recommend this hotel for stay, only good if you need to catch a flight early morning as its near to airport. The room I got had very bad smell, also the pillows are very thin. The reception however was helpful and two stars only for reception. The hotel can not be 4 star hotel it's more of 2 or 3 star standard.

I found myself in a room without a window, with only a velux as a source of light. The air conditioning was not working, and as it was raining impossible to open the roof window. In short a real cell. The bathroom is small, and not hyper clean: there remained hair from the preceding occupant and traces of mold on the joints. Noise level It's not that either, we hear very well the neighbors, and even without window I had the sound of the street… The only advantage is the proximity to the airport for flights at unlikely times.

Quality price more than satisfying, the staff very welcoming, for what is the breakfast a wide choice to satisfy our appetite, very clean and the decoration very neat, parking set to our provisions. Very well placed location Yes institution to advise. We can not petmettre to ask for more view their rates than their remaining t it, for my part very satisfied the room was perfect.

Only hotel that could give us a last minute room. A hovel, period. Dirt (The additional blanket was full of hairs), cold (unable to switch on the hot air due to the dirt deposited in the air conditioner), very small and antiquated room. My partner woke up with two paws in place of the eyes because of the mites and the dust. But how the hell do they assign stars? The barman, on the other hand, is wasted in here: good and helpful. Breakfast didn't make me crazy. Don't be fooled by the lobby!

We were treated royally by all the eng italian/english speaking courteous staff. The bartender was excellent and helped us crash perfectly for a restful night before an early flight back to jfk in New York oct 28th 2017. We enjoyed the restaurant and its prices. Excellent service and good local wine and food. The bartender was A1 and could work in any lounge of N Y C. He was from Montenegro… the young man who greeted us at the desk who lived in fla. As a boy (forgot his name), also very helpful. I forgot my adapter for the phone and he loaned us the correct one, which was so helpful. The next morning at 6 a. M. We needed taxi to airport and bkfst was not ready yet. The morning desk man personally made my husband and I a great espresso each. Thank you to all. Location is conveniently close to car rentals and airport. McDonald's is right around the corner. Breakfast is very basic continental. It's rather 3 stars hotel than 4 starts. Shampoo and conditioner they provide is actually very good. Room was clean. Ancient air conditioners installed.

This is a scam! Horrible stay here with an ice age old room decoration and bathroom. If only it had been at least a bit clean … Clearly not the standing of the star rating and believe me that the staff in the evening is as creepy and unpleasant as the place. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

Very old structure with big maintenance problems. The rooms are not even remotely of a 4 star.

Stayed there overnight to catch an early morning flight. Decent rooms and was well maintained. Very courteous staff at the reception. They reserved cabs for us to go out in the night as well as for the airport. It is just 8 min drive to the airport. Since we had an early morning flight, they have us breakfast to-go. Would recommend for travelers.

Adequate for what it is; an airport stopover when you need proximity to the terminal. You can actually walk there from the airport — it will take you 10-15 mins, and the area is kind of rough — but it's doable. The location is not pretty, but again, that's probably not what your looking for around here. If you're renting a car it is just across from all the major companies. Rooms were surprisingly well equipped and updated, but nothing fancy. All in all very convenient at good value, close to airport and car rental companies. Recommended.

Had an early morning (6 am) departure from Naples airport and this hotel was the perfect place to rest. Comfortable rooms, good Wifi. Walking distance from the airport and the reception has cabs on hold. Check in/out was fairly smooth. Recommended!

Clean room, very friendly staff — they even gave us food bags, because our flight was too early for breakfast. Distance to the airport is a 10min walk. The only downside is the acoustic on the 1st floor. You can hear all neighbours and everyone on the floor. Better ask for a room on the ground floor.

Good for what it is. Quick nap before an early flight out of Naples. Room was clean, amenities offered. Walls are thin if you are a light sleeper get one at the end of the hall. Solid choice considering that the Department of Defense puts US military staff here on transit.

Quite a dive. Not sure why it is a 4 star hotel! From the tiny room to the locked safe to the long black hairs in the shower from a previous guest this hotel failed to be 4 star in any respect. We ate in the restaurant and had a meal if burnt chicken with no vegetables. One good thing about the hotel is its proximity to the car hire return and airport. Probably best staying somewhere else though.

Average hotel, friendly staff. Its highlight is the proximity to the airport, just 10 minutes walk from the airport. The restaurant allows not to depart from the hotel, located on a busy street but isolated.

Convenient place to stay near the Napoli airport. We had to catch an early flight. Returned from a soccer match, got a couple drinks before bed, then flew out early the next morning. The shower was a bit wonky to use. Everything else was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Furniture old and gaunt (for one thing, in the closet there weren't normal hangers but those of a dry cleaning), for a 4 star hotel I would have expected much more. The price in my opinion, considering the area and the level offered, is expensive and out of business (for that price is better).

Good room and very good breakfast.

Room was perfect for an overnight stay if you're flying out of Naples airport. Bus service from closeby to the center of the city. 20 min walk to the airport from the hotel. Restaraunt dinner was pretty good and relatively reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast was good. Would stay again on a stopover.

First time staying here. The staff is friendly and professional. The restaurant is awesome and again staff is amazing. Walls could be a little thicker but other than that good place to stay.

If you are expecting a luxury stay, go somewhere else, but if you need the convenience of a secure hotel, near the airport (10 min walk) that offers all the basics in a reasonable sized room which includes free Wi-Fi and a continental breakfast each morning, then this is what you need. Although there is not much in the immediate area, the alibus at the airport will get you to the port area and Centro for a good price.
