Located in the spanish quarter, you can see and hear the multitude of people from your balcony. The rooms are clean and renovated. Giovanni is one of the most helpful hosts I've ever encountered, we even went to Amalfitana coast with him and when we asked, he brought us from the airport to the hotel for a fair cost. He also provides insights on where to sightsee and where to eat like locals do. I highly recommend!
The accommodation is located on an archetypal Spanish Quarter street which climbs steeply towards the grand baroque façade of Chiesa Santa Maria ogni Bene ai Sette Dolori. If you walk the other way you immediately find yourself in the middle of a lively and colourful street market (Pignasecca. ) From here it is five minutes walk to either Dante or Toledo metro stations. Or, if you keep walking straight on, crossing the main road, you are on the Spaccanapoli, an ancient street which cuts a straight path through the historic heart of Naples. There’s a wonderful vibrant atmosphere in the streets around the B&B — including an amazing square dedicated to the memory of Maradona, which is often packed with devotees, and a good choice of bars and restaurants nearby — for seafood we particularly liked Taverna d' 'e Zoccole and Sottocoperta Taverna di mare.
The other delight of this place for us was the room. It seems there are only three — ours was the one with a blue theme which currently features in the first two marketing pictures on booking. Com. It was very spacious and meticulously refurbished to a very elegant design. I believe this was a pretty recent project and great care has been taken to maintain it in the most immaculate state. The room is well furnished and equipped with a safe, a fridge, an apparently brand new (or extraordinarily vigorously cleaned) kettle and an espresso machine, supplies for which were fully replenished each day.

Amazing hospitality in a wonderful part of the city. Super walkable and easy to get to around, especially for walking around the historic Old City. It’s a great location to see many different historic sites, and there are so many delicious restaurants, cafes, and bakeries nearby. Giovanni took incredible care of us and showed us nothing but the best hospitality. The room was spacious and very clean, and we love that we had a balcony where we could sit and enjoy the view of the street below. Would highly recommend!
