The accommodation is located on an archetypal Spanish Quarter street which climbs steeply towards the grand baroque façade of Chiesa Santa Maria ogni Bene ai Sette Dolori. If you walk the other way you immediately find yourself in the middle of a lively and colourful street market (Pignasecca. ) From here it is five minutes walk to either Dante or Toledo metro stations. Or, if you keep walking straight on, crossing the main road, you are on the Spaccanapoli, an ancient street which cuts a straight path through the historic heart of Naples. There’s a wonderful vibrant atmosphere in the streets around the B&B — including an amazing square dedicated to the memory of Maradona, which is often packed with devotees, and a good choice of bars and restaurants nearby — for seafood we particularly liked Taverna d' 'e Zoccole and Sottocoperta Taverna di mare.
The other delight of this place for us was the room. It seems there are only three — ours was the one with a blue theme which currently features in the first two marketing pictures on booking. Com. It was very spacious and meticulously refurbished to a very elegant design. I believe this was a pretty recent project and great care has been taken to maintain it in the most immaculate state. The room is well furnished and equipped with a safe, a fridge, an apparently brand new (or extraordinarily vigorously cleaned) kettle and an espresso machine, supplies for which were fully replenished each day.

Great location, in the heart of Naples. The room is nice, super clean and comfortable, with a small balcony looking at a narrow street. You can have breakfast at room but the real Italian experience was the quick morning espresso with Giovanni at a cafe in the corner outside the hotel. Giovanni is a great host. He takes care of everything. We went together on a day trip as well to Amalfi coast. This was a unique experience which everyone should try. The comfort of the car made it easy and the fact that he was taking us from one place to the other and we didnt lose time to seek, so we saw so many places, all at one day. Positano stole my heart though!

Nestled in the heart of via Toledo, location is excellent with many good restaurants in the area. From the moment we arrived in Napoli, Giovanni's hospitality was nothing but exceptional. From personalized recommendations for local attractions to delicious morning breakfasts, every detail was carefully attended to. The lift wasn’t functioning when we were there but Giovanni kindly helped us carry our luggages up the steps. We stayed in the Parthenon room and it was cozy and comfortable, providing a serene retreat after a day of exploring and we slept very well during our stay. Kudos to housekeeping — cleanliness was impeccable, and the room remained spotlessly clean. What truly sets this B&B apart is Giovanni's warm generosity and care for his guests. If you're looking for a place where you'll feel welcomed, look no further than this delightful B&B. Highly recommended.
