Lovely hotel and restaurant. Area is abit quiet for just for a airport overnight stay it’s fine.

Cleaning the rooms the restaurant the courtesy of the staff. In short, everything.

Great staff. Bar staff particularly helpful with food and chat!

A really comfortable hotel, staff are outstanding! I love it that there is a small gym and the breakfast is great too! Bedrooms are larger than expected and the area is not that bad too, there is a nice little area if you go out past the restaurant rather than reception. Many restaurants and little shops available. The only criticism would be the outdated bathrooms, but that didn't really change the experience!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was great and it runs on time. The only downside is the surrounding area looks run down and the shuttle service only seats 8 people so if you are travelling with a larger crowd you should consider this. Overall I would recommend this hotel, I had no problems.

— — Do not book this hotel — — The holiday inn web site said the hotel had a shuttle service. I tried calling the hotel to get picked up from the airport and was told NO SHUTTLE. Once at the hotel the front desk tells me shuttle service ended "years ago". The ONLY reason I chose this hotel was the holiday inn brand knowing they would stand behind their product/services. The taxi to and from the hotel was 20 euro each way adding cost to a quick overnight stay to catch an early am flight. Holiday inn apparently now uses false advertising to attract customers. Furthermore the hotel is in the middle of "no where"… empty industrial area. No restaurants to walk to etc. So stuck eating hotel food (which wasn't actually bad). DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL / False advertising.

Great service! Comfortable rooms! Big breakfast setup and many choices to choose from. They have a restaurant and there is a mall Plaza with many coffee shops and restaurants for you to choose from. Also some other good restaurants within walking distance if you're feeling adventurous. The location surrounding areas are not pretty but it is Naples. We always saw cops patrolling the area, we fell saved the whole time.

The rooms are dusty. Hot water jumps.

As always the facilities Holyday Inn never disappoint, I was here on the occasion of the walk Naples, is this property is nothing short of exceptional, in my room then the two single beds were KING Size. Sample Breakfast. ❤ ️

The location is good for walking to restaurants or taking a cab to downtown. I find the area a little run down though. Walk with someone at night. The rooms are adequate and provide a good view of Mt Vesuvius. The water temperature fluctuates from one extreme to the other while taking a shower. The staff is friendly and helpful plus there is parking on site with an attendant.

If you are used to "American" Holiday Inn's, then this will make you feel at home. The bedroom I stayed in was large by European standards. Full bathroom includes shower-in-tub, toilet, and bidet. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and most were multi-lingual. I would like to give a special thanks to Claudio who worked the overnight shift. He really worked his tail off to make sure our large (30+) group had rooms and that even though unforeseen circumstances created a giant headache for the front desk, he took care of everything BY HIMSELF. Give that man a raise! Finally, the complimentary breakfast buffet was awesome. I miss their fresh tomatoes and mozzarella balls for breakfast…

Pretty dated, Wi-Fi wouldn't stay connected. Decent value when redeeming points.

Consistent Holiday Inn drop level, staff, services, facilities are great, the only possibility is to be in this place or very insecure? The first time to live in the surrounding environment such a terrible Holiday Inn AH ~

When we approached this hotel at the rear taxi/ service entrance at night, I was initially concerned. It is in what, to my eye, seemed to be a sketchy area. The hotel is nice and quite comfortable. When I woke, I was treated to a beautiful view of Mt Vesuvius, though I did have to ignore all the derelict properties outside my window. Outside the main entrance is a business district that closes at 5 o'clock and is pretty deserted after, except for a couple of joggers and a few lurkers. We did find a nice little corner market with fresh bread, fresh-picked fruit, cheese, proscuitto, and pesto. Which we preferred to the overpriced and underwhelming antipasto bar. In closing, our room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I found the location to be less than desirable, and definitely did not feel safe exploring the environs outside of our hotel.

Excellent hotel located on the outskirts of Naples. Among other things stand out their beds.

Good hotel and awesome city views. A bit far from the main touristic places, but they offer free bus service to and fro from station, which is main point for connection to the entries city.

I state that I only attended a conference inside the hotel but it made a very good impression. At the reception the staff showed polite and professional, excellent standing. The hotel is very large, nice, well looked after and new. It is also easily accessible by car and has ample parking.

Hotel located a few miles from Naples Central Station. Absolutely recommended for the organization of meetings and conventions. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. Ample parking. Good restaurant and bar.

Good Hotel… 10 minutes from the Cwntro by taxi and 6 min from the airport.

The hotel is located within the Executive center of Naples, a modern office area that has developed recently. Unfortunately the degradation of the area is quite remarkable.
The hotel has many rooms on 22 floors, served by 3 or 4 fast lifts.
The lobby and reception are of a very good standard, modern, well appointed and kept very well.
The rooms on the contrary demonstrate their age, are certainly well furnished and very comfortable but belong to a distant past, should be renewed, especially as regards the bathrooms, the bathtub, the fittings, the Aereatori.
The hotel also has rooms x well-equipped and comfortable events. Well organized breakfast and lunch, with excellent food and staff prepared and fast.
Overall very good judgement.
Recommended.

The Holliday Inn in Naples is located in the Executive centre, almost in the centre of Campania. It is a great hotel, very elegant and with various conference rooms. I have been in the Mimosa room, in which there can enter a hundred people, with large panels for presentations.

The hotel Holiday Inn Naples is very beautiful, the personal is pleasant and professional, coffee is good and the meeting room is comfortable, I enjoyed the experience.

Business Hotel with good breakfast.

Dear Mr. Alessandro, it seems like the guest were all happy. My question is do you guys offer pike up at the train station.? Because this is the 1st time my wife and daughter my kid will be in Italy. Let me know.

The room was very clean but too warm. There was no air conditioner and we had to sign a paper to get the window unlocked. After opening the window the noise from a nearby music concert and smoke in the air filled the room and made it hard to sleep well. The desk attendents were all very nice and helpful in all other regards within their power.

Staying here right now and we are just having the best time. Have catching up to do with my London friend and feeling verrry lazy and relaxed, been enjoying the comfortable room and nice little bar. Looking forward to trying the restaurand this evening.
So far the staff have been very friendly, from lovely Olga at check in to Paulo mixing an off the menu cocktail on request to the room service and housekeeping staff.

Decent hotel. Location somewhat close to train station but they do offer free shuttle if you dont wish to walk. Management is wonderful as they communicated quickly with me via email to set up a transfer from airport upon my arrival. If you want to be in the city center for touristy activities, I would suggest another hotel as this one is located more closer to the business district. Breakfast had many options and service was good. Overall a pleasant experience staying here.

In a perfect Holiday Inn style, it is now a safe, reliable and synonymous brand of quality. Both abroad and in the city where I live, being able to be a guest of a Holiday Inn hotel is a lifesaver, because being in Holiday Inn is like being at home. Clean rooms and great reception staff. Great breakfast.

Rooms were clean. The hotel food was so so. We ordered a pizza and it was warm but not hot by the time we got it. Definitely get food elsewhere.

Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Was told airport shuttle wasn't running then saw it at airport. Good food, both evening and breakfast.

Excellent starting point for excursions in the centre of Naples. Even if the Metro is not very close, a handy shuttle will join you to the nearest point. The staff Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.

Decent hotel and room. The shuttle service to the central is very useful. The staff are very nice and helpful. They are very busy and work hard. There are few restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant itself serves breakfast. I found some of the items not that fresh especially the cakes. The restaurant itself can be busy and the menu is not very appealing. We stayed in a junior suite. The housekeeping did not fill up the tea-coffe trays very well. I have given the hotel a 4 star for the hardworking staff.

Friendly staff who made me and my partner feel very welcome and the room was comfortable with good air conditioning. The restaurant was very good and the bar was fantastic especially the barman who served us every evening of our stay with great cocktails as well as having a friendly chat every day too. The location means no tourist attractions are within walking distance but this suited us as we don't like the how busy cities can be, it does mean it is easier to get to than anywhere in the city centre. Would definitely recommend.

Not the best hotel to stay if you're on vacation. It is located a taxi ride from just about everything you would want to see or do and taxis will cost about 15.00 one way. The hotel has dated interiors that could use a refresh. The water in the shower runs in cycles of freezing to scalding so me ready to time when the water hits you. The gym was also disappointing, a treadmill, bike, and elliptical for a hotel with over twenty floors. However the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable so that always nice. Don't think I would stay again unless I'm doing business in the area.

The rooms are well laid out, clean and equipped with every comfort. The hotel is surrounded by a nice area but overall not bad. The staff are very friendly and helpful, all very nice.

Very poor service. Ordered pizza and wine for my room, got a call from them 2 mins later that they don't have that pizza, and then another one 10 mins later that they don't have the wine I ordered. When I finally got the food it felt as it was microwaved.

I was attending a Conference. The place is ideal for these events, also for comfort that offers this facility.

We made reservations at this hotel based on a statement in their writeup that they offered free shuttle to/from the airport. Effective March 1, 2016, the shuttle is no longer available. Now it is going to be an additional cost. I believe the hotel should provide this service to us as it was available when we made the reservations. They should honor their writeup.

The lobby and entrance areas are very well maintained. The rooms are clean but already a few years old. Staff very friendly. Breakfast good and sufficient. Hotel bar outrageously expensive, not to recommend. Hotel restaurant very expensive.
The air conditioning in the room doesn't really work. Bathroom could do with renovation. I would have expected more all all but quite ok, but for the price. The service was otherwise good.

Great hotel, very polite staff, good breakfast with typical products. If I could find a flaw the elevators are extremely slow.

Hotel is great if you need to stay near the Centro direzionale in Naples. Rooms are clean and service is good. Restaurant could be better but still sufficient.

For me, when the room's not clean, then nothing else matter. And the hotel is not clean. It's a big place, about 20 floors, and somehow I've never received a clean room with no hair that's not mine or stains on the towels. A big no no.

Great location if catching train. Good rooms. They let us check in early, 11am vs usual 2pm check in time.

I would avoid.
Double room with extra bed turned out to be a double bed to a Queen size camping cot with a mass sideways on the floor.
International breakfast, in fact the only product of the place were the sfogliatelle mini, the rest was all packaged industrial.
Shameful.

We were transfered here from the Magri hotel on arrival. We found the hotel very clean and the staff were excellant especially the bar manager.

My stay at the Holiday Inn of Naples was magnificent: not far from the station, with a free shuttle service, I was able to move freely around the city.
The staff is extremely knowledgeable and the food tastes great. The quality of services and hospitality made my stay unforgettable.
Will definitely be returning.

The food was better than expected. I ordered Speghetto with Marina Sauce which was excellent. I got there late the first night so ended up eating in the adjacent unaffiliated pizzeria. It was a nice atmosphere in the courtyard there. The room was ho hum. Staff was nice. Internet didn't work well.

Extremely disappointing in every which way. Quality of room and the facilities had much to be desired. Avoidable.

4 stars just does not pull. Left with the impression that he spend the night at IKEA. No warmth or personality. The service is terrible. All for extra Cost. Internet and point WF no. Gilding the handle, and 15 Heb. A day will come you clumsy Wi-Fi. TV channels in Russian there (?! ). Restaurant expensive and tasteless.

Looking for a hotel in Naples? I was looking for a hotel in naples close to the arbor to easily reach Capri and the other islands. The Holiday Inn hotels was a super choice! My husband and me have been in a magic atmosphere for the whole stay. Lot's of details and cares from the staff of the Hotel and super food served in the beautiful hotel.
