Excellent accommodation! Super nice rooms, well insulated from the noise on the streets of Napoli. The staff is very friendly and there is a common kitchen with all amenities (including coffee machine, biscuits, jam and Nutella). Would definitely recommend!

Very disappointing experience with this place.
I had to cancel my booking because of a serious injury with a bone marrow edema on my tibial plateau, confirmed by medical documents.
I immediately contacted the property to explain the situation once I knew it, offered to provide a medical certificate, and asked for a goodwill gesture.
Despite this, they refused any discussion and kept fees of a night, even though this was clearly a force majeure situation.
I find this attitude very unprofessional and lacking basic empathy.
I would not recommend this property for their rigid and inhumane customer service.

It’s not a matter of 70 euros, but of empathy and fairness.
Contrary to what you say, other hotels or bed and breakfast offer refund in medical cases. They clearly do!
