We enjoyed our stay at Evaref house. Host was very friendly and accommodating, equipping us with many helpful recommendations for local eating spots and sights of interest. Central location and fairly spacious rooms with comfortable beds in a historical building with original elevator.
A few things that could have improved our stay were some kind of coffee maker, and if the previous guests hadn’t put their dirty dishes back in the cupboards. Not really of too much concern to us, but perhaps other people living in the building; the shower left a puddle on the bathroom floor no matter what you do with the shower head.
Thank you Luigi for making us feel welcome in beautiful Napoli, we look forward to visiting again some time!

The room was very clean and with everything we needed. It's in a very central location at a walkable distance from all the main city attractions. The host is very friendly and helpful. He greeted us in person at check in and explained us all the main places to visit and best restaurants around. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We stayed at Evarefhouse for 5 days. Everything was good. Very clean, big and quiet place with very good access to metro and Toledo street. Mr. Luigi was a very kind, polite and open-minded man. At the beginning he introduced and guided us to all the tourist and sightseeing places in Naples. And he brought us special Italian sweets. I thank him very much. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely choose this place again.
