Easy Boarding

The apartment is easy to reach from the airport, about a 7-minute walk. The contact person waited us in the agreed time to show us the room. It is a nice, clean apartment. Fridge, bottled water, water boiler were all in the room. Im satisfied with the room we got what we payed for.

Do not stay here. Falsely advertised. Room on 3rd floor, no elevator, waited 30 minutes at front door for someone to let us in. Broken glass on front doors. Toilet did not work properly, no soap. Very small shower. Signs of bed bugs. Dirty torn pillows, dirty floor, old dirty desk. Stayed long enough to get taxi to new hotel. I have contacted easy boarding and booking. Com for a refund which has been denied. This is false advertising and that is against the law. Furthermore, why is this advertised as a bed and breakfast? There is no such thing there. I am pursuing action. Please save yourself the trouble…. Book somewhere else. We ended up at Hotel Cesirja which was very nice and comfortable. Do your self a favor…. DO NOT BOOK the FALSELY advertised place. I blame Booking. Com as well. Will never use them again. Go to Hotels. Com.

We only needed accommodation from our flight arrival at midnight to 6am, and for this it was perfect. Easy walk from airport in about 5-10 mins. Just needed to message manager when we landed, and he met us at the front door.
Building looks a bit run down, but our room was absolutely fine.
I would stay here again for early/late flights.

I cannot give a lower score. A SCAM, room dirty, absent customer service, bugs in the room.
Avoid this place at all costs as, you will have a terrible experience.

The only positives of the room was its proximity to the airport and Andrea’s excellent communication on our arrival day and check in. Sadly the positives stop there. The area is not the nicest so take extra care when walking around during the day and night. The bed linen was unclean; there were hairs all throughout the bed linen and it was dirty. Not all the electric sockets worked, wallpaper was peeling and there wasn’t even any hand soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. We couldn’t get the shutters for the windows to work and had to resort to using a hair clip to keep the curtains closed.

TL;DR: There is a Capodichino International Hotel which is also very close to the airport, but the rooms they offer for a similar price range are leagues more comfortable + that is an actual hotel with 24 hour front desk and a breakfast buffet (Easy Boarding neither has reception nor offers breakfast), so please consider them as an alternative. The only reason you want to stay at Easy Boarding instead is if you can book a room that is cheaper than anything there, but in my opinion the money you will be saving is not worth it.

The room I stayed in was Twin Room. It was freezing with a tile floor, and I couldn't figure out how to turn on the heating. I wore a jacket and wool socks throughout my stay. Eventually, I went to a different hotel (Capodichino) to avoid catching a cold before my flight. It's possible the heating could be activated somehow, but there was no one around to explain, especially in English. This leads me to my second point.
My interactions with the staff and the host were unfortunate. I arrived a few hours before check-in and encountered only non-English-speaking cleaning staff (which of course is not a problem, the staff does not to be all English-speaking, nor there should be anyone ready to welcome me if I am the one who is early). I was prepared to wait for a few hours until the check-in officially started, but they called the host, who arranged a room within 10 minutes.
