Colori e Note

We had an amazing stay at Colori e Note B&B! The place was absolutely spotless — everything was incredibly clean and well cared for. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city super easy.
Gianni, the owner, was the perfect host. He was so attentive and welcoming, always ready with great suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to try — and every single recommendation was spot on!
A special mention also goes to Daniela’s cakes, which were simply magnificent — the perfect start to each morning.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Our host Gianni is a wonderfully caring person, and made our visit special. The room was large, clean and quiet. The breakfast is continental with fresh bread, pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice and a choice of hot beverage. Located only two blocks from a metro station, and a few blocks from the famous pizza restaurant "Starita". Not in a tourist area, the neighborhood is a genuine immersion in Naples life. Highly recommended.

The best thing or should I say person about this B&B is the host and owner Gianni.
Before we even arrived, he was being helpful and accommodating.
I reached out and informed him it was me and my partners anniversary! I asked if Flowers or Prosecco could be included at a cost.
To our surprise and my partners, we received BOTH — what a lovely gesture.
Throughout our stay Gianni would touch base with us and check everything is going smoothly and asked if he could be of any assistance.
He gave us recommendations for places to eat and places to go — all which were spot on!
His passion for hosting, meeting/greeting and ensuring everyone has a great stay is a joy to see. Not many owners these days in my experience, seem to have a love for this anymore.
The B&B is in a great location, about a 5min walk to the Metro Line 1 station, which is on the main line that can take you to the city centre and port of Napoli.
The rooms are clean, fresh and vibrant — that goes for the breakfast area as well.
Keys are provided to all doors, including the main entrance, so this gives you real sense of security.
Typical Italian breakfast is provided each morning (also fresh) and of course a much needed Espresso!
Me and my partner loved our experience in Naples and this B&B along with Gianni was a big factor in doing so.
Would recommend highly.

I agree with other positive reviews — Gianni is a superb host. The info he gave on our arrival was useful throughout our trip. We spent 5 nights at Colori E Note and it's the perfect base for a stay in Naples. The accommodation is comfortable and spotlessly clean — with much-needed aircon! It's just a short walk from the Metro so, while there's not a huge choice for eating out in Materdei, it's easy to get to Dante or the Spanish Quarter or even further afield (the centre is within walking distance, if you prefer, and the transport really easy to use). There are some interesting cultural highlights nearby including Museo, where you'll find a few of the best museums, which is a ten minute walk downhill. It really proved to be the perfect location for us. Happy to recommend.

Colori E Note is an absolutely wonderful hotel! I went with a friend at the end of February and we could not have asked for a better experience!
The hotel is perfectly situated one minute's walk from a well-connected train station, which allowed us to visit Pompeii and get to Salerno for the ferry to Amalfi with no difficulties at all. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and warm, with excellent bathroom facilities, convenient furniture, and multiple mirrors, which was very helpful for getting ready in the morning! The breakfast was absolutely delicious — Lina's cakes were absolutely divine (I wish I had the recipe! ) and the freshly brewed coffee was such a luxury!
It was also fantastic having a supermarket so nearby so we could enjoy some of the delicious local produce and make sandwiches for convenient lunches! Not to mention the fact that Gianni sent us excellent recommendations for restaurants and tourist attractions, which definitely made our stay more fun and memorable as we could ever have imagined.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying in this hotel. Gianni, the hotel owner, and Lina, the housekeeper, took very good care of us and were super friendly and attentive. I wish them all the best and hope to be back in the future!

This b and b was fab, it was in a touristy area so nice and quiet, so close to the metro, and Gianni was the best host we have ever had. Every day he sent me Google pins of restaurants he personally recommended. And they were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble. He is the reason we had a fabulous time in naples, showing us the secrets spots to really enjoy our weekend away!

We stayed at Colori. It was a lovely place with character in a great location with easy train access to the rest of Naples. There were some lovely quaint restaurants nearby, cheap as chips.
Gianni was so polite and kind. He chatted with us every morning at breakfast and provided info via text whenever we needed it. (Hey Gianni, it's Camille and Michael — thanks again for the trip).
The bed was large and comfortable. The shower hot with a rain nozzle. Beautiful breakfast cake made by colleague Lena or local baker — both delicious. Yer, absolutely come stay here. It was great.

Excellent B&B, central location. Very clean, rooms lovely, great italian breakfast. Nice & quiet area. What set it aside was the Excellent host, Gianni and his colleague Lena. Gianni gave us great recommendations for food and sightseeing. Organised our taxi return to the airport and was just a great help overall to my family and I. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

The best stay ever during any of my travellings. Interesting, particular, comfortable, and clean rooms; Great location and an AMAZING host.
A place where you feel like home. If ever in Napoli, is the only place to stay.
