Very decent, clean and friendly place to stay apart from a small drama concerning the flush in the toilet. Overall I would still recommend it.

The area is not great but it is close to different working venues (Inail Building, Executive Centre, …). The staff is very welcoming. The rooms are a bit small. There is free Internet and television. Breakfast in the standard.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was typical Italian, only our neighbors were heard very clearly in the evening. But otherwise pretty quiet.

Hotel definitely advisable: Well connected through the bus 601 which, in 10 ', leads to Central station, then in the city center. The area of Poggioreale needs more attention to be lived in total safety, on the other hand it is located at 10 ' from the airport. Very well cared for, both internally and externally. While staying during the holiday season, I could also appreciate the elegance of the decorations. Room with ideal size, comfortable, clean and quiet. At the reception all very nice, even before my arrival, have been able to respond with competence and availability to every request. Breakfast varied and fresh, good coffee and Sfogliatelle, which become a must of the breakfast. Nearby pizzerias and restaurants more than valid and that, note not to be neglected, thanks to the collaboration of the reception staff, can even perform an appreciable room service.
I mean, nothing to criticize, just the certainty of a return!

Clean hotel and friendly staff. It is about a 20 minute walk away from the Central Station which was ideal for us.

A smart hotel, rooms are small but comfortable for two, however no fridge or kettle/coffee making facilities are provided. Breakfasts are continental with a nice range of local pastries, fruit, yoghurt and cereal as well as breads, cheese and ham and good coffee. Staff are very friendly and speak excellent English, they are knowledgeable and happy to help. The hotel location is a little out of the centre, about a 25 minute walk to the old town and not in a particularly attractive neighbourhood. There are a few good restaurants and a supermarket within a short walk so handy for the evenings. The nearest bus stop to get to the central train station is only 2 minutes walk.

Sober reserved and quiet place with covered parking. Nice staff maybe a little pricey for a room to hours.

Convenient location with bus stop near the hotel to reach in 10-15 minutes the center. Friendly and helpful staff. A breakfast with flakes, with excellent quality food and drinks. Large and well furnished rooms although not very fragrant.

Very nice and spacious rooms, apparently very clean and perfect, but with cleanliness to be reevaluated, cobwebs and water leaks in the bathroom, many doubts arouses on the staff that cleans… found clothes and suitcase moved from where they were resting. B A
Night staff grumpy, arrogant and conceited (to the point of declaring himself manager of the hotel… mah! … and makes shifts at night), unlike the daily ones available and polite. You sin a lot in the demands, and in the trifles that one paying requires, things that make great a small hotel, prices in my opinion exaggerated (€55 to night November period I find it extremely exaggerated, especially x who book 3 rooms x one week).
Questionable area x who comes on holiday, named not at the top, near the prison of Poggioreale and far from the center, the Sea, the places to visit and the nightlife… not even a restaurant or a pizzeria nearby! … I was polite and civil in describing everything with… imagine if I wanted to write x well everything found.

Came to Buono Hotel straight from the airport. It's only a 10 minute drive away and made the perfect stop off. The staff were very lovely especially the young man at reception who was very eager to give us tourist tips. The area itself does not seem the safest but it's situated only a 30 min walk to the center of the old town. Rooms were small but OK, I'd happily have another short stay here again.

Disappointment for payment with Pos. Car parking not included in price 10 euros more per day … it seems too should be included. Otherwise all ok for a three star hotel. Everything tidy and clean.

Lovely hotel and very useful if you need one close to the airport for an early flight. Very close to the airport and the staff were very helpful in organizing transport to the airport. There's an really cheap restaurant as you turn right from the hotel a couple of minutes up the road called Donna Regina (next to Cruise) which makes the most amazing pizzas too.

Everything is beautiful but it has no swimming pool and holes are in the shower but there is Wi-Fi and TVs it is close to the airport and there is a u-ban, bus and tram connection.

Nice hotel, just not the nicest area. Niue there are no close train stations or bus routes to take your to the airport. I'll be having to pay a lot if money to get a taxi. You are better off booking a hotel close to a bus route it train station if you are airport bound. Nice clean good hotel though. Just location wasn't the best for my beds.
