I am sorry to write this, But that's true, the location, the house, the locality, is the worst day of my whole italy trip. Simmy was friendly and sweet his house is clean and tidy but the area, the building was so awful. The whole area was full of drug addict kind of ppl and the building is very old. There was a very small room in the name of hotel. It's a scam seriously.
After the first night it is fine. It is not brand new but for me this is not a problem. Very nice host, fresh croisant delivered from bakery for breakfast plus the localisation which is excellent.

Located within a old tenament style building in a busy, gloomy neighborhood. Although the studio was nicely decorated, it was noisy with neighbors chatting, kids yelling and dogs barking. It didn't include breakfast as we thought but packaged biscuits. There was a cafe machine that didn't work and we discovered when opening it up to detect the problem, it was filthy. There is also a tiny lift to take you up several flights of stairs which requires 10 cent euro to operate. If you're looking to immerse yourself into the local Naples experience, this may work. It was a 20 minute walk from the train station and sadly it didn't meet our expectations.
