Lovely room and wonderful staff. Breakfast was nice too. But the hotel is very difficult to find.

The staff is lovely. They went out of their way to be helpful to us. The room was large and well heated. Wifi worked well. Nice view from the balcony. It's near the archeology museum, and not too far from the duomo and the SpaccaNapoli. You can walk to pretty much everything, if you like to walk, though it's more than 30 minutes to the train station and the waterfront. It's also about 10 minutes walk from the metro.
· The last block or two up to the hotel is a bit sketchy at night. I'm not sure I would recommend this is you were a woman traveling alone. It's also up two steep flights of stairs, if that's an issue. And if you are arriving after dark, I'd recommend taking the metro or having them pick you up at the airport.
