Clean, friendly and great location. Amazing host Marko, who tells stories about the city and the history of Naples. Great experience! It’s better than hotel. Nice breakfast and nice view from the balcony. Everything You want from Naples!

Comfortable B+B near metro and Archeological Museum. Stayed there for 3 nights in June. Booked this B+B 3 days before traveling. Room was comfortable, air conditioning functioned well. Marco was a very nice host and was helpful in guiding us where to go. His B+B is in a non touristy area which I liked. He lives right next store to the B+B. He made a great cappuccino. The museum is amazing. Would stay there if you want to get a feel of how people live in Naples. The room was comfortable for 4 people. Not the fanciest inn, but suited our needs. Would stay there again.

The best part is definitely the location! Right on the middle of things, with a metro two minutes walk away and plenty of bars, cafes, and eateries right around the corner.
Marco, the owner, was a lovely host. He makes a great coffee, and there was lots of local pastries and things to choose from for breakfast. He kindly offered to chat with us about things to do in Naples, etc. But we already had our week planned out. He was still very good about making himself available if we needed anything and we could message him whenever.
The rooms are basic, but that's fine as long as you know what to expect. They were clean and comfortable, with only a few odd frustrations like the old building having very (very) thin walls, so you could hear quite conversations in other rooms. Like most old buildings, there's also a good buy of noise from the water systems and heaters/air conditioners. I was amazed at how effective the windows were at blocking out the sounds from the street though, because Italians seem to love beeping their horns.
We noticed the towels were changed only once during our stay (on the fourth/fifth day of our seven day stay) which we found a bit strange. A few times there was hair in the sink or shower but I can't hold that against them really when it's my own hair. Overall, we always came back to a fresh feeling, tidy room which is the main thing.
