I stayed four nights, it was a great hosting.
Great location close to the railway station. Friendly staff, My host Mattia is very helpful, available to assist at any time and will pay attention to the finest details to ensure the comfort of the guests. Although the hotel is classified as a three-stars, but the service is at a five-stars level. I recommend it 100 %

We had a fabulous stay here, we are quite demanding travelers since we travel with a one year old child but this place had everything we needed, here's our thoughts:
Perfect location near the central station but outside of the ZTL and still close to Spaccanapoli and city center.
Good spacious room with 2 balconies! After our toddler fell asleep, we could dine on the balcony, it was lovely.
Comfortable beds.
Big and comfortable bathroom.
AC works great.
No noises and good night's sleep despite the central location.
Very attentive and friendly staff, if you need anything let these guys know and they'll take care of you.
But the best thing was their cleaning, we've traveled a lot and usually room cleaning only means that they made your beds and add toiletries and that's it, these guys actually vacuum the room and do thorough cleaning EVERY day. We've never seen it anywhere. If you're a toddler family you would understand how much we appreciated this. We'd absolutely return here next time!

One of the best rooms I've stayed in. First of all, the hosts were extremely kind and helpful, giving detailed instructions about how to get to the accommodation, tips about where to go and what to do, and always letting us know they're available if we need anything. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was big and super clean as well. The location is also super convenient, close to restaurants and shops, and the central station and metro are 5-10 mins away by foot max.
We had a really nice experience, and I definitely feel like I got my money's worth, and if I ever happen to visit Napoli again I will definitely choose this place to stay.

Beautiful clean modern room with kettle, fridge, air con and comfortable bed. The room had a small balcony that looked over a quaint side street. It is in an old apartment complex with several floors which has some character. This was in a great location, just 10 minute walk from Naples Central station. Close to restaurants and shops.
The best thing about this accommodation is the attentive host, who was willing to assist, advice and ensure all was alright. He gave wonderful directions and instructions to see the sites of Naples and was always quick to reply to any questions.
We stayed on a Saturday night, which was probably a party night we were flying home early the next day. We were unfortunate to have some noisy neighbours playing loud music from another apartment. (Not La Canzonetta). Our host was great and took the time to come back into the city to ask them to be quiet. Which thankfully worked (until they came back at 4.30 am in the morning! )
City noises, loud cars and bikes still make it through the great insulation, so for rural dwellers and light sleepers not used to city noises expect to be woken, but I would think even a 5 star hotel cannot block out the bustle of a Saturday night in Naples.

Nice room spacious and in the heart of naples. Before I arrived the host. Let me know the best places to eat. If I come back I will definitely stay here.

La Canzonetta was a great find in a busy city. Our room was comfortable and clean. There was a kettle so we could make tea. The little balcony overlooked a quiet narrow street. The bed was firm but comfortable and we slept well. There are restaurants serving dinner and places for breakfast nearby.

Great place to stay, the room was clean and modern, there was a kettle and a fridge, comfortable beds and a large bathroom. I would definitely stay there again.
