Bed and Breakfast

Can't beat the price for what you get. Room is nicely furnished and location is good (right by Garibaldi train station). Only niggle is the breakfast is slightly disappointing but would not complain if breakfast wasn't included for the price.

I lost my passport here. Not saying it got stolen, but I still need to report it in case it happened to someone else.

Entrance a bit disturbing but do not be intimidated… room Cariba, Master very nice and helpful for good suggestions… breakfast in the room top.

Positive experience. The initial impact was a bit negative as the entrance is really bad but once you get to the 3rd floor, where you will find the B&B X Fortuna Everything was more pleasant to look at! Clean, warm room with balcony! The staff Good Anke the valet!

I didn't think I cared about customer service until I stayed here. Horrible service right from my arrival. Staff with a snarky attitude. No kitchen available in spite of the website's listing. I asked one of the staff if I could use the kitchen briefly to slice some bread, and she said "no" with a goddamn wave of her finger. The maid moved my bed while I was still sleeping — I was on the top bunk and nearly fell off. She knew I was there and she could've started with any other bed, she could've woken me up and told me to let her clean. Only benefit is it's walking distance from the train station and is dirt cheap, as it should be.

This place is good only for 1 or 2 nights! Esp if you taking dormitory rooms! Neighborhood is strange especially at night which is as usuall as all neighborhoods near main stations of all cities. But it has benefits also, if you coming to the Garibaldi train station or Flixbus bus station, and you have a lot of luggage, it's very close by.

The staff here is extremely disrespectful and mean. Credit cards weren't accepted as the policies stated. At reception we were told we could pay later and then woken up at 9am and asked to leave the room, as they implied we were going to leave without paying. I've wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Despite being located in an area not very safe though central, the B is a pleasant surprise, both for the cleanliness and the modernity of the rooms, both for the great reception and availability of the staff and the manager! Breakfast is served in your room!

I booked for a dorm but was moved into a two single bed room which was so nice and comfortable. I only paid the dorm price. Awesome AC which was needed in Naples in July. Good internet. Very nice bathroom.

Arrived late in the evening to a (not unusual) big city Square outside a train station — with the (not unusual) large homeless/migrant population. But once inside the b&b was a delight — lovely fresh furnishings, beautiful rooms and top notch a/c. As ever, once out and about it the daytime, the whole area was grand.

Good location, close to the main train station, helpful staff, free map and early check-in (8:00).

Good B&B… Great for 3 or 4 nights with breakfast in the room.

The location of this hostel is great. Less than three minutes walk from the train station and the airport shuttle bus. It is not in the nicest of neighbourhoods but it only takes a short walk to get to the nicer areas. Luca is the host and is really helpful providing advice and information. The room was nice and clean however the shower was a little dirty. Perfect place to stay for anyone passing through Naples.

Dirty, noisy, even we were put in a room with no Windows think, try it to believe it.

The room was clean and available on time. The host was nice and very willing to help. It was great that they were able to speak English. I would definitely recommend this to other people looking for a cheap and easy place to stay.

Stayed in the community room, small but cheap and bed was comfortable.

Bed and breakfast excellent. Impressive breakfast. Wi-Fi a bit sparse and window too small in the room. But for the price is good.
