Not recommendable place. Bad and stupid reception. No living room, only a small kitchen. Small bathroom for the man (really small! ). It looked a bit clean, but I think that it just happens after a huge infestation of bedbugs. Napoli is really good, amazing city, but stills more and more hard to find economic/good places to sleep.
Worst place I’ve ever stayed in. The location is the only decent thing about this place. The guy that was at the reception at night is rude, he loudly opened the door and turned on the lights of the room after they were out, which disturbed all of us who were trying to sleep. He literally woke a woman up and made her go to the reception to talk about something. Who tf does that? just wait until the morning! when he walked other guests in, he would talk super loud too. There is some mildew on the walls, bathroom shower was disgusting. Walls are paper thin, theres is a glass on the door which meant the corridor light wouldnt let me sleep either.
But the worst was that at 11pm I found out there were bed bugs in all of the beds. As a solo female traveler, I’m staying the night either way so I won’t have to walk out at night to find a new place to stay,
At almost midnight, he came in talking to the owner very loudly on the phone, turned on the lights AGAIN, waking the few of us that were able to sleep.
As I’m writing right now, there is a huge fight happening between the receptionist and a guest because he was rude to her. So I can’t sleep and more guests are having issues with him. The owner also came and was yelling at the girls and being very rude.
Edit:
In the morning, another guest came in and showed us a living bed bug crawling on his towel. Horrendous! worst place ever, do not stay here.

The hotel's facilities are actually good, with a kitchen and a functional bathroom (referring to the women's bathroom). The rooms are clean and organized, and someone made the bed every day. However… it's infested with bedbugs! I left with bites and itching all over my body. My roommate asked to change beds, and even then we saw the bugs crawling on the pillow and bed. If it weren't for that, it would be worth it. But now I'll have to start a protocol to avoid contaminating my things at home.
