The room was quite dirty and the dormitory has 12 beds. There are also many bed bugs in the bedroom. The staff is always absent and service is poor.

It was such an interesting experience because I didnt know it was such a bad place. In booking, you cant see it is a 12 people bedroom, and it was a shock for me. Anyways, beds were comfy and also kitchen is renovated I liked these. But restrooms? Oh god, it was the worst. There are two restrooms, one for women and one for men. Men's bathroom is 1/4 of the women's one. There were no bidet, there were no SINK in the men's bathroom. NO SINK! And also there was no spot for the big luggages. If you have small things go for it there is a storage, unless your stuff will be in the center of the room.

Great accomodation for this low price. Napoli Centrale is near, the hostel has lockers and video surveillance while receptionist is available almost all day. Bedroom has working AC and is in clean condition. Maybe the bathroom floors could be a little cleaner sometimes but overall the hostel has a good value for money ratio and is perfect for budget travel.

I had a wonderful stay at Atlantic Ostello B&B. Flavio at the front desk was exceptional! He helped me settle in smoothly and was always available whenever I needed assistance. His customer service is top-notch, and I highly recommend asking for him when checking in. Thank you, Flavio, for making my stay so enjoyable!

I stayed in this hostel for 3 nights. I paid for the first on booking and the two other nights were too expensive, so the owner offered that I pay the regular cheap price on the counter. It was during the heat wave, and the AC was turned on the whole night, which was amazing. On one particular day, it was even turned on during the day because of how hot the weather was. The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom and the kitchen, which were also very spacious. The price is very affordable. The location is less than 10 mins of walking to the train station, but it is a little far from the center of the city by walking, but with the metro it's close. I genuinely enjoyed my time a lot in this hostel, although I was scared at first because of the reviews. The owner was really kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!

As an avid cyclist on a journey, I had pre-booked and paid for my stay at this hostel. Because I couldn't read that bikes are not allowed I booked. During the night I was on the ferry from Palermo to Napoli and couldn't read any messages. When I arrived in Napoli I read that its not allowed. I went there to find a solution but we couldn't. I strongly discourage any fellow travelers, especially cyclists, from considering this hostel as a viable accommodation option. Their inability to find a satisfactory solution, and their refusal to provide any form of refund demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more competent and customer-oriented establishment that values their guests' needs and honors their commitments.
