I have been a regular guest for over 30 years and the view from this hotel is unique, one of the things that should be in everyone’s WISSHH list. The cost of the sea view is worth every euro, great aperitivo, fantastic restaurant and friendly staff! Grazie e a presto!

SUPER TOLLE view if you look seaside bay. Rooms are ok. Staff very helpful and friendly. Dinner very good. The only small criticism of breakfast buffet should be ready at the beginning.

My stay at the Paradiso hotel was beautiful, staff were friendly and attentive to the needs of each individual guest. The location is great. I would highly recommend this hotel to those who must stay in Naples. Prisco/Dinner. Vercelli.

Great service, comfortable rooms and breathtaking views.

We stayed in the Paradiso for 5 nights. We found the hotel beautiful. Our room was spacious and we had a fantastic view of the sea, bay of Naples and vesuvius.
The rooms and hotel were very clean.
All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They spoke good English which was helpful as neither of us spoke Italian.
We had a little medical emergency and the reception staff kindly found out which hospital we needed to go to.
Everyone was very helpful.
We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious.
Breakfast at the hotel was good lots of choices including a pancake making machine.
We would return again.

My son and I just stayed at the Hotel Paradiso in Naples. It is a wonderful hotel in terms of the location, room and restaurant — which provides an amazing view of Napoli and the whole bay!
We enjoyed delicious breakfasts with a buffet of amazingly sweet fruit, scrumptious pastries and such a delightful, friendly and warm wait staff.

This is a lovely hotel with the best staff in Italy. The front desk and restaurant staff were so helpful and friendly noting was too much for them and the view from the rooftop bar was wonderful. Breakfast was really good and there was even a gluten free option. Lovely omelettes made on the spot and the best Americano coffee in Italy. Would definitely book this hotel again.

The shower head kept falling into the bathtub. Disaster. Horrible breakfast. Powdered eggs. Only fresh fruit were oranges. The only place I'm Italy I know where the tomatoes tasted bad.
Couldn't enjoy the rooftop bar because it was booked for a wedding. No one to help with bags. Check in clerk was not helpful at all. It was like pulling teeth to get directions. Needed more front end staff. I would never stay there again despite the beautiful view.
