Hotel located in a strategic position, courteous and reliable staff, spacious room with a lovely terrace, the only drawback is the bathroom, a bit 'ancient to renovate The sanitary
to improve also the buffet / breakfast service
it is still a great hotel.

You can immediately breathe an air full of art and history. The very spacious and welcoming room, overlooks Piazza Plebiscito and you can also admire Vesuvius. Breakfast with typical Neapolitan sweets is excellent. The hotel staff are very friendly and ready to help you just in case. I recommend it.

What a wonderful hotel! Lovely staff, great breakfast, located in an amazing building, and fabulous baroque decor with artwork on every wall. Thank you for a memorable stay on my first trip to Italy and Naples — absolutely recommend.

Very friendly service and warm welcome. Traditional Interieur and unique location. Everything can be reached with a short walk. Breakfast good. Bed comfortable. Fairly clean. Only Italian TV, which is okay. Wireless Lan okay. Bathroom a bit outdated (small washbasin, damaged, lack of storage). Recommend.

Beautiful hotel and art gallery.

A hotel with few rooms, with a custom design, which allows you to have a "one to one" relationship with the staff, kind and welcoming, very helpful.
They accept small dogs, which was wonderful.

It retains its charm, but it needs surveillance.

Absolutely not to be avoided, bad. The hot water was not there in the evening when I arrived at 9:00 and in the morning at 10:00 again there was no hot water. Of the director not even the shadow, I could only speak with the Imbarazzantissimi employees who did not do €1 discount and also claimed the tourist tax. For €190 a night, they're really amateurs at the outflanked.

L'hotel è semplicemente fantastico. È la seconda volta che vado e non ha deluso le mie aspettative. Bellissimo il posto, molto curate le stanze. Non capisco le reviews in cui ho letto che si sente rumore la notte e non si riesce a dormire? Io ho il sonno leggerissimo e ho riposato tranquillamente. Inoltre Napoli è bella perché caotica e rumorosa, se si desidera stare nel silenzio allora meglio soggiornare su di un'isola deserta. Sì, il pagamento dell'ascensore c'è, ma perché si tratta di un edificio storico con un' architettura e decori di un valore inestimabile. In una qualunque altra città d' Europa si accetterebbe la cosa naturalmente, ma siccome è Napoli deve essere gratis? Quindi ben venga il pagamento di 10c che vengono comunque rimborsati dell'albergo in ogni caso! Personale favoloso. Grazie particolare a Oxana con cui ho fatto. Il check in! Bravi tutti tornerò.

For the price and location I would have expected a lot more from service and quality. Unfortunately I had a bit of a problem with the room so it was not a positive experience.

Was not as expected from a 4 star. Would only give it a 3.

Friendly and helpful staff. Elegant and refined structure. Rich breakfast buffet with fantastic desserts. Central location. All this makes the stay in this wonderful city unique!

Location is good but quiet noisy speciality if children decided to play football in the Galleria in an evening! Breakfast a bit hit and miss as on 2 out the 4 days the bread had run out and the hot alternatives were not very appetizing. Bar staff not available late evening — had to advise staff on reception how to prepare a gin and tonic.

Lovely quaint hotel in the middle of Naples. Perfect base for a short trip.

Great location and staff but be aware of rooms looking into Gallery — football played inside Gallery with very loud noise until 1am will keep you awake.

A great location in the heart of Naples. Staff all very obliging and kind. We loved the lift in this hotel, which is old, but works well. The breakfasts were very good, a lot of choice and very delicious. This is a central hotel so it is not quiet, but I liked that we were in the middle of the city.

We can't thanks the Hotel Art Resort Galleria Umberto enough for their service in our honeymoon trip. The room we stayed in a new zone was so clean, the great staff that know the true value of customer service (Especially, a receptionist guy), the great location for easy access to the subway, there are many awesome restaurant around here and overall amazing.

Bellissimo hotel in un affascinante palazzo.

This hotel is located within the galleria Umberto I, very convenient location to reach some sites of interest on foot, enjoying a leisurely walk. Our room was dedicated to the painter Klimt, a rather large room overlooking inside the tunnel, the small bathroom with tub. The furniture does not reflect my taste but is in keeping with the style of the gallery. The nicest staff.

Very central location, classic environment. Quiet rooms at night that can be made really dark for those with light sleep. Not easy to find, though: Entrance is located in the center of the Galleria, south-west side. Go through the iron gate (small sign on the gate, you have to ring a bell if gate is closed). Then take the elevator to the 4th floor. Elevator needs 10 Cent coin to operate during weekday business hours (other times free). Breakfast has a great variety of cakes and great coffee, but only two types of toast for bread. Buffet is not always replenished, but if you're flexible, you'll never leave hungry. Rooms are richly decorated (see pictures on website) and clean. We stayed there for four nights and would go again.

We took a room in the annex a short walk from the hotel. We were away from the 4 stars! It's just come from a Bed and breakfast. The room has a view on a sinister Court, the mini bar, with in all and for all 3 bottles of water 4 cans of soda and a tiny bottle of gin is a small fridge in the location reserved for the legs under the desk! At night it gets going and makes noise. There is mold in the joints of the shower and I have to go ask that the shower head is changed at the reception because half of the holes were clogged, generating too much pressure! One night, it happened that the water is not hot enough: open only the hot water tap water barely wait the 37 ° C. In addition, the insulation was deplorable. We had right during 2 hours almost every day to the piano for beginners lessons that gave the top floor piano teacher. A calvary! Finally, the breakfast was very average: fruit juice "artificial" in base of concentrated, too sugary, industrial type cakes pastries bought at the supermarket. And water for the tea they served me was not hot enough: the bag was struggling to infuse and once added a splash of milk it was barely lukewarm or even cold. As for the Wi — fi, supposedly available in the rooms, it is almost unusable: impossible or almost to capture it from the room.
However, the bedding was pretty good and I salute the friendliness of the two young women responsible for keeping annex which must do everything: household, services and home.

2 STAR AT BEST, poor service, very noisy rooms over galleria, poor breakfast, the list goes on, DON'T GO.

Ideal location in the Umberto Gallery.

Definitely a great location, the hotel is located on the fourth floor of a part of the structure of the Gallery, to which you must arrive with a lift.
The room where I stayed had Windows that opened inside the tunnel, but alas at night is frequented by homeless!
If you add that the stay was to coincide with the work in the Gallery, hopefully you don't recommend you get there capie.
