Beautiful property, full of comforts, hot tubs and pools not very large for both adults and children, also full of greenery. An oase on the top of Naples, from there the view is spectacular. Ideal for those who want to disconnect from the routine and for those who do not want to abandon the summer holidays altogether.

I was there on a Monday, 15th per person all day. The website is well done so I refer to that for weekend and half-day rates. If you have children under three years old the place is suitable and convenient. If you are only adults it is perfect to relax. If you have children from three to 13 I would not recommend it because they pay like adults but without having special attractions or games. Great restaurant bar, you eat well and you pay little (half water 1st, pizza 2nd, first 5th, second plus side dish 5th).

Nice property, welcoming staff, but high prices compared to the amenities offered, as the pool is small and the quality of the food is poor.
Finally, I do not agree that children pay the full fare.
I don't think I'm going back!

I describe the place simply by saying it is divine. Breathtaking panorama and clean and very familiar structure. I celebrated my son's birthday and we had an exaggerated party.

A place to go to enjoy a day of relaxation.
The pool is not very large but the location and the Gulf of Naples as a setting make this place decidedly special.
Large parking and convenient shuttle service from the pool to the parking lot.

I was last month at this facility… Although people believed they were still closed, it was quickly crowded. For the first 2/3 hours in the morning it was fine. But after lunch too much chaos. I have been in the relaxation area where there are 3 Jacuzzis, can enter it Max 5 people x time… But then you find yourself a rude people that was x whole hours soaking, without giving room to others… And where is the direction?

Great place to spend a few hours in peace and comfort. Great pool and efficient staff. Recommended.

Local and very cozy location, with a view to leave you breathless and as far as the menu is very nice.

I was only there once. Not bad, but also because it's the only place like that at Vomero. For this reason, in summer it is crowded in a way to say the least disheartening and this makes it a place too chaotic. Place done well, but only if there is not an unbearable crowd!

The place is lovely but they did the members area which monopolizes the pool, anyway it is clean, cared for, the whirlpool tubs are accessible like emotional showers, they are not cheap at all.

Definitely worth the ten euros if you want to spend a day in the city getting away. Gets crowded, but doesn't feel overwhelming. Stunning views, decent facilities. Not a terme, but very pleasant.

Very nice view. Clean pools but small. Staff not so friendly. Food is expensive and very low quality.

Nice and warm in the center of Naples. Friendliness and courtesy are the fantastic service kit.

The staff at this hotel was terrific! They went above & beyond to help us. Our reservations were completely lost, but they made room for us and allowed us to stay until they could help us find our tour group. They even sent us in their private car! Everything was great. Location, people, food, etc. Thank you so much Hotel Neapolis!

Lovely and friendly hotel.

I spent 3 days in Naples. The hotel is ideal for its location: in the heart of Naples, perfect for all major places of interest to visit. (1) the rooms are very clean great ANC. 2) the rooms are a good size 3) breakfast line is great with yogurt, eggs and magic cappuccino! (4) the staff was helpful and we loved all the restaurants, the they recommended (La Locanda del Grifo) recommended to us, visit Napoli and Neapolis hotel to stay.

The food is very good, but the menu is pretty small.
