Clean, good sized rooms and friendly staff. Enjoyed the included cold breakfast. Although fine in most places, our room was at the end of a corridor, so Wi-Fi connection was not good. Also, the air conditioning was a little too noisy. Otherwise, a great value hotel in the heart of Naples.

We were sent to our room, no explanation as to how to work the air conditioner remote control. Traffic noise all night long. NO customer service. Graffiti all along the street in front.

The Hotel del Real Botanical Garden was born from an ancient 18th century building and is located in the center of Naples 600 meters from the metropolis of Piazza Cavour and well served by public transport. On foot in a few minutes you will reach the National Archaeological Museum and the Old Town.
The property consists of an elegant palace with antique furnishings and has a bar, reading room, garden and terrace overlooking the Botanical Garden where some of the rarest plants in Italy are preserved.
Its 36 rooms, located on 4 floors, divided between standards, suites and family members, are all elegantly furnished, served by elevator and equipped with direct-line telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi to the Internet, fridge, safe, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and balcony.
Local and national cuisine are served at the restaurant, while continental breakfast is served in the room or on the terrace.

A pretty hotel in a central location. The airport and port are each a little 10-15 away by taxi. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bar is highly recommended. As it is located on a busy road, as everywhere in Naples, it is quite noisy. Breakfast is very varied for Italy, but there is hardly any fruit and no eggs. The rooms are pretty and clean. We would definitely come back. Recommended!

Beautiful hotel located near the Royal Botanical Garden where you see a variety of the most important plants in the world, a fantastic oasis within walking distance.

Hello. Excuse me not to leave my opinion written for non-injurious, but since it has been concerned I will comment on the aspects of the hotel that have made me punctuate with a Estrelpersona — the entrance staff never smiles, is very unattentive and rude, do not look at the OR Jos and they have trouble giving some indication — the excursions you have hired are 3 times more expensive than those offered on the tour bus being exactly the same. Now I understand why I asked for information about the tourist bus and barely answered me.
— Restaurant: I asked if they had soup at night. They just told me they had made vegetable soup for a group of Germans who were there. We were charged each soup to more than 15 euros… In the restaurant next to the hotel they serve full menus to 7 euros… I found it a scam and of very poor quality.
— Rooms: They charged me the same as my mother for a double room. My mother's was much bigger and wider and mine much smaller and cost the same? Of course the room I got was not in the pictures I hired.
The sink to an unbearable odor, the drain cover was broken in both Hhabitaciones and left the room. There was a smell of plumbing and all the filth that the pipe contains…
The sheets that we put were broken and made a very rancid smell, like the pillows, so much so that I could sleep because it was very strong and uneasy.

Recommended for school trips. There are many rooms with different numbers of beds. Good food and good prices.

Luckily only one night. From the outside it looks cheesy but at least decent. The room that happened to us, really very simple but functional we found it dirty, with dust on the ground and a bit everywhere. They didn't even empty the Monnezza baskets. Empty fridge. Bathroom sink clogged. Not to mention the breakfast: the biggest disappointment… we arrive in the dining room and we see the coffee maker and we think ' oh God ' but then we requested it and it was good. But you can not come to Naples and nn have the Sfogliatelle at breakfast XD A positive note is the very suggestive view from the terrace.

Rooms are OK for not so high standards. But you should book a room backwards, there is a big street on the front. The gas station right in front of the window is also not optimal. The breakfast staff — a waiter may be a workaround — is slightly overwhelmed during peak hours between 8 and 9, as far as the table clears.
Attention: On departure The porter will charge a fee of 3, €50 per person and day. I'll compare it with the tourist tax. Not mentioned on arrival.

Hotel actually well located, convenient to reach from the station, even on foot. Dining rooms very large abundant and good quality food. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I stayed 2 times and it was awesome.

La spremuta sa d'acqua e l'acqua sa di schifo. Cena composta da una fettina di carne e basta. Bagno sporco. Bambini morti sotto I letti.

Hotel. A little lack of cleanliness in the public areas. Still my room was remodeled, somewhat small but for what you spend in the room very adequate. The new and practical bathroom, even though the shower water was out, there was a small puddle. The elevator is a potato, only three people and it took time to get up and down. The dining room is small, not suitable for groups. Breakfast is a great mess, arranged in three rooms, the coffee in a patio where it was cold and the food in a small living room next to a small dining hall. Very uncomfortable the whole truth.

Two like the stars he deserves. A hotel that has known a glorious past. Like a nobleman who sold himself all the behaves and lives in a small castle. Decadent.

We were given a room on the 4 floor really big and well kept. Cleaning levels good staff always available. Maybe breakfast could be prepared with something more typical, but you can't complain. I would definitely recommend it and will consider it for my eventual new visit to the city.

In my opinion the best place to stay in Naples. The staff was very nice and gave us tips about Naples and where to eat best. Even if you eat at the hotel in the evening, you will not regret it because it is not only delicious, you can also entertain with the chef super. From our room we had a great view of the botanical garden and on the rooftop terrace you can let the evening fade away. We felt comfortable around.

I spent 3 nights there and found it just OK. The room was spacious but despite closing all windows it was still quite noisy from the traffic outside. The best part was your own private fridge full of drinks. The bathroom was disappointing paint peeling off and soap stand not very clean. Breakfast was below average. Putting cheese with ham meant those who don't eat ham had no choice. Staff was helpful and polite despite my limited Italian.

Noisy and lacking in maintenance. Chaotic as Naples. It has a very good chef but the rest does not reach the 4 stars it boasts. Hurts.

The breakfast was very boring, the only eggs you could eat were the hard boiled ones (well over cooked and green inside! ) They refused to serve fried or scrambled eggs The waiter was very polite as I asked him once for an espresso and cappuccino and then he brought them to me every day without any asking to my table when I was having my breakfast ☕️ There was no toothpaste in the bathroom and when we asked for one they said we don't supply it The receptionist Saddam should be the only one to get 5 starts in this hotel for his helpful and professional attitude to the customers Overall max 3 stars, also the hotel surrounding is awful (huge traffic, horns are on 24h, bad smell from the bins nearby and plenty of dog dropping on the walkways)

Good size room, with comfortable bed and nice simple furniture. Bathroom a little snug but good hot water and shower pressure. Helpful staff when needed assistance with air-conditioning and a few other things. A good spread at breakfast: very important when heading out to explore the ever-busy streets of Naples! Roof terrace has pleasant view to Botanical Gardens with palms and parakeets. Road outside is quite loud with traffic, as all streets in centre of the city are. Earplugs recommended for light sleepers! However the location is so good for walking to the old town, cathedral, and many museums and churches, as well as being a short transfer to and from the airport. Many nearby pizzerias, restaurants and cafes for traditional food and pastries, as well as a small Carrefour supermarket for any necessites. It also sells a small range of plant-based milks and things like rice cakes, and there is a small vegan cafe about 20mins away, should that be of interest. I believe most pizzerias will make a pizza without cheese when requested also. The hotel has a pleasantly traditional feel without being dated. Overall a recommended experience.

A very pleasant hotel, not that it responds to its four stars, but still charming. OT has fantastic roof terrace overlooking the botanical garden and the boulevard. And very nice sugar croissants for breakfast, as well as fantastic bread and mortadella. Negatives they don't let outside visitors to the roof terrace, so one can't show it to one's friends.

The bathroom should be renovated, the tiles were painted and the paint came off, the siphon of the shower should be arranged and the tiles in the shower as well.

Some rooms are renewed, but even so the windows are not stopping the noise from the street. Our room was not cleaned, na laundry were not changed. No free parking available, but one paid is very close. Good breakfast.

The hotel is in a central location and within walking distance of centres of interest such as the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and the botanical garden. At first impact the structure is responsive to what you expect for a 4-star rating. The sore note concerns the room and more particularly the bathroom: the space is cramped and the manholes emanated an intense smell of sewage that inevitably invaded the room. Same problem we were reported by other colleagues present at the hotel and, we did not notice that the same bad smell persisted even in the bar/breakfast room. The structure needs urgent renovation if you want to maintain a standard from four stars. I consider inadequate the amount of money (€74 for one night in matrimonial) in proportion to the service to which we had access as well as to the presentation of the hotel. Trusting in a sensible improvement, I offer sincerely.

Amazing hotel! I enjoyed my whole stay. Good breakfast, nice staff and good dinner. The Wi-Fi connection was little unstable, but fast. Overall a very good hotel.

Hotel is in a great location! I was very comfortable in my room as well. Disappointed that I didn't get to see the garden across the street but I've heard great things about it. It's walking distance from The Madre, a contemporary arts museum which I loved.

Lovely friendly staff. Great location in Historical centre. I will be back to Napoli and will definitely stay there again. Loved it!

The hotel was great! We could quickly enter our room, everything was clean (one time the sheets were a bit dusty, with sand on one of the edges, but it was ok). Although the interior was quite old-fashioned, everything we needed was there, and did look well-maintained and polished. We were on the street side, so the view was so-so, but it was ok. There's lots of traffic (even during the night), but the double-glassed windows and 2 extra shutters, make sure you can sleep quietly, without much noise. Bed = great, bathroom = excellent, staff = brilliant! One of the main memories of this trip will definetly be the staff entertaining us with cocktails on the exquisite roof terras. Top-knotch hotel! If I ever return to Naples, I just might pick this accomodation again.

Great value! I had a great time the staff very friendly and the
large, clean rooms and then from there it is extremely easy to turn the historic center.
