Exceptional, I lowered the weekend in the structure and I will definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect.

No no no — a5 star hotel has to be organised better. The coffee machine didn’t work. As we booked over booking. Com we only got a room in the 2 floor. The shower felt apart and the coffeemachine didn’t work. The Restaurant Medina that the concierge recommended us was the worst over salted food we ever had. And at the end for a20 m2 room you pay 409£ There are so many nicer hotels in Napoli.

Good things first — friendly, healthy staff, clean rooms.
Now the reality. Do not believe the pics and description on the website. We had a Deluxe Harbour View room, totally inappropriately named. In their words we had a “panoramic view of the Port of Naples and Naples Harbour “ and a “splendid view of land and sea”. Our view was of a big, decrepit brown building and a car park (check out my pics). We could see a scrap of water between the ferries and if you stood at the window you could see Mt Vesuvius over the top of the building. If you were on the bed or any of the chairs then it was just an ugly building view. The website is totally misleading and we feel we were deceived. The rooms are definitely not worth the big money they charge.
The Duty Manager did move us to another room but it didn’t really alleviate the problem.

An ultra modern Italian Hotel in the Marina section of the city. Close to the airport for easy departure. Amenities are above average. Rooms are excellent and very clean and comfortable.

Comprato un pacchetto con Spa e Cena in terrazza. Bellissima esperienza. Due ore di relax unico nella Spa e ottima e ricercata la cena. Unico scivolone di stile far pagare a parte una bottiglia di acqua minerale non compresa nel pacchetto.

This is an amzing hotel! Wonderful staff, nothing too much trouble. The little extra touches were special. Lovely pool and I recommend the Bloody Mary whilst you lay in the sun!. Will be sad to leave but hope to return one day. Thank you so much for making my stay so special x.

I wasn't a hotel customer. However the succulent garden of the adjacent Vico Leone is spectacular!

So my girlfriend and I literally left Naples and this hotel this morning. Back in UK now so best to review whilst still fresh. I’m not about to completely bad mouth the hotel but there are areas for DEFINITE improvement. …
Namely getting rid of a couple of employees that drag the standards down! Yes… the hotel is fancy with art installations and nice decor. Yes… there is a Michelin star restaurant there. (which we didn’t bother with) However…
we ate in the Beluga restaurant at least once a day and I can say without a shadow of a doubt… the ladies are mostly 5* for service. Namely — Loredana, Silvana, Francesca and one other I didn’t catch the name of.
They seemed to work mostly in the daytime and were fantastic. Excellent service and always friendly. On the flip side, Night time was more men serving and my experience with them was complete shit.
Our last evening meal there were 4 guests including us, with at least 4 employees… my girlfriend and I sat with finished meals in front of us and empty glasses for around 20 minutes whilst they stood talking to each other instead of serving the table. Just occasionally looking over… and laughing with each other like children. In the end, we got up and left.

Nobody seemed to care and nobody asked us if everything was ok… just asked me to sign for the room number. Ridiculous.

Great hotel with little BUT. The hotel is located with its direct location at the port rather unfavorable! In the session daily on and departing cruise ships that not only demand noise but also eerily take the air! In the evening, the opposite is also rather disturbing, since hardly life takes place at the harbour. The pool shown in the pictures is rather moderate and does not offer much space both indoors and lying space outside!
However, the staff is very friendly, accommodating and speaks good English!
The vexed issue of parking in Naples is well solved by garages. Clean hotel with very modern elements. Here and there to recognize a use in the room but not still bad! The breakfast is rather minimal — the selection is unfortunately not large and focuses on desserts! Judging I have to judge the price-performance ratio I have to say that there are quite cheaper hotels in Naples that can offer me similar service! For me, the price is the only reason for 4 and not 5 stars!

Better than that you can't find it. Excellent property with high-end catering.

An oasis of luxury, style and peacefulness. Even if you stay elsewhere, visit the restaurant, bistro or pool. Pricey, but worth every cent.

The arrival was very pleasant — our luggage was taken over as we left the Taxi and we had to care about nothing. Check in was quick and the really polite FO agent brought is into our room, explaining the Hotel and the Rooms advantages very well. We really felt like Kings in our new Castle. The room was very well designed and very clean! Very friendly and caring housekeeping — thank You so much — the staff of the breakfast Restaurant and the bar are the nicest crew we ever Met in a Hotel! It was like your Mum saw all your wishes in your eyes… we got so much support to „create“ Birthday bash breakfast in our room. The Cocktails at night by the Pool were also great! The view is Perfect at every time of the day. Unfortunately we had to leave — But we will be back soon!

Staff at the reception is really polite, patient and helpful. Also the restaurant is just amazingly wonderful and offers an memorable experience with the best view in Naples.

Pretty expensive for what it is. Terrible fruity perfume smell in the hallways, too. There's also some odd design and decor. But apart from this is a great hotel.

We had a really fantastic stay. Extraordinary. The style of the hotel, the services offered, the exceptional Spa, the starred restaurant, the bar of the ninth, the room everything was superb and a value for money really interesting. I highly recommend this kind of establishment that takes the risk of high quality. Bravo!

A mega cuddle to do every now and then. Beautiful Elda, Cortesissima and professional, is the second time I go back and I'm always pleasantly kidnapped by so much refinement and relaxation. Recommended!

The wellness suite was amazing, but the service did not meet the same expectations. I stay in a lot of 5 star hotels so this is not my first hotel stay. I called and asked for ice, at which point I was told “it is on the way now sir” and it never came. I also went to the bar and enjoyed a few very good drinks actually, one I recommend would be the “Mojito Royale”, after 2 drinks I decided to retire to my room for a quick nap before having dinner. Before leaving the bar I asked at what time does the bar / restaurant close and stop serving food and the attendant said 12 which reassured what the front desk said when I checked in. I returned to the bar at 10:50 and was told they were no longer serving food. I was confused and said you specifically told me 12 earlier, he says I’m sorry we are closed at which point I was over this hotel. I believe it to be The manager who did approach me as I returned toward the lifts said please come sit down we will still serve you, which at that point it was too late as I would be being served by the 2 employees who just told me they were closed. To give a full picture, There were others eating and drinking in the bar. It was not dead by any means. So my review summary is stay here if you like a luxury hotel but do not expect 5 star service with the 5 star price of the hotel.

Central structure, easily accessible by public transport. Beautiful interior sits in design with dark outfits. Very pleasant to the eye. A cosy and comfortable meeting room. Disabled services available.

The hotel is very nice. The food great.
I prefer the light tints as the black draws into deception. At lunch the tables are placed on some OS a bit ' risky for those who forget!

I was at Romeo for a wonderful day at the spa, taking advantage of the spa & Lunch package for two people… what about? A wonderful experience, unforgettable, relaxing and full of sensory memories. I highly recommend it! You feel pampered with refinement thanks especially to the staff and the spa manager, Elda, who was delightful and professional! Come back.

Beautiful Hotel and impeccable service nothing is left to chance. Only flaws the rooms too heated and the lights of the room that to figure out which button to press to turn off the light is a lot. Top the restaurant from the commander's site on the 10th floor of the structure which enjoys a spectacular view over the Gulf of Naples and boasts a Michelin star. What about an experience to try one off really a special place I will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a romantic weekend in the beautiful Naples.

The hotel is conveniently located about 5 minutes from the pier and 5 minutes from the underground station (Municipio) by foot. This hotel is recommended if you want something more pricey than normal. It's very trendy and modern. Oh — it took me ages to work out the shower…

Friendly hotel, smiling service. Not yet a 5-star compared to the others.

Arrived late a night due to a delayed flight. The clerk was nice but we had a strange feeling about the place from when we first walked in. Getting to our floor, the hallway was very dark and felt like the lair of a bond villian. Entering the room everything appeared very nice, but was not well made. There were gaps in the floor tiles and the bathroom counter was wobbly. Overall the staff was nice but the hotel seemed odd.

Tres Chic. Unique as a genus. Very elegant. Very nice and original Reception. Maybe a little overpriced. One night in this period costs more than 300 euros.

Good experience overall. Friendly, accommodating staff. Rooftop bar and restaurant need some work. Waited almost 20 minutes for a server to come to us, even when the bar was empty. Drinks took almost 15 minutes, even when the bar was empty.

Who on earth was the interior decorator? They've tried to be funky and modern but it went terribly wrong. The rooms are small and the lighting and design were poorly done. The staff treat you like you are going to steal everything from the hotel which is unnecessary and rude. The only highlight was the gym which was fully equipped with both weights and cardio machines. Overall it's a complete rip off, do not stay there, there are better value and nicer hotels elsewhere.

The rooftop bar of the hotel is sitúe on the 9th floor, there was excellent service, beautiful views of the Bay of Nápoles, good cocktails with a bite to eat offered with our mojitos. There is also a restaurant available.

Great room. Not a good view as it was on a pier, lots of trucks and cars. They kept calling us every 2 minutes after 12 pm for us to check out the room and asled us to be put in 5 minutes. Check in is only at 3pm. For the price we paid for a room and at their restaurant they could have been a bit more accommodating and asked us to leave the room by 1.

Lived it! Only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 is because we brought a couple of pizza back to eat and they would not let us eat them in the bar area even though we bought 4 bottles of wine @ 350 euros… yep otherwise we would have given them a 5. Rooms were amazing!

The lobby and common areas are gorgeous and unique — worth a look even if you aren't staying at the hotel. The rooms are even more beautiful. Hard to beat the location with the ability to walk to the ferry and Castle Nuovo. Extremely helpful and kind staff. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel, the decoration that wants to be modern (very dark colors) makes it unfortunately very cold. The rooms are very nice and clear but overlook a large shed (also on Vesuvius).
The staff did their job without more, it could be more smiling.
The breakfast is exceptional: different cakes delicious, excellent deli… A delight.

Disappointing. Okay without more. Why are they so well regarded: mystery… Air conditioning, a catastrophe (impossible to lower the temperature in the month of February). Sinister decoration. We had to pay 100% of the room in December for stay in February, without cancellation possible. That said the room was clean and the staff nice. We will not return to it.

I was here for a business dinner at the restaurant "the Commander" and I must say I was impressed by this location.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful SPA.

Stayed for two nights. Overall nice modern decor. The front staff were very helpful and spoke good English. However the Wi-Fi was awful even after we reported a problem. The TV needed to be reset by staff. Everything was too complicated to operate from lighting switches to using the shower. Room service pasta was great but the octopus salad was disappointing — slightly fishy and bland. This hotel doesn't live up to the hype and high prices.

Fabulous hotel with stunning artwork and design every which way you look. The view of Mt Vesuvius was gorgeous. Coupled with the Mediterranean and silhouette of Capri, the view from our room (and also from the pool area and restaurant) were breathtaking. Besides the view, the hotel location was also excellent. Perfect for heading to the seafront and taking a stroll, or heading into the historic center. We also saw that the port to catch a ferry to Capri was nearby, but sadly, we were not able to make a trip, due to time constraints. Overall, a lovely, lovely time.

Loved the rooftop pool, sky bar, and the extremely comfortable beds. I want that bed at home! Also enjoyed the convenience of being able to just cross the street and catch a hydrofoil/ferry to Capri! We only went for a day trip, but thankfully, it was very easy to get there from the hotel. Didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, but definitely enjoyed the breakfast.

I love the Romeo! The people make the hotel special and they make you feel special too. The service is never ending and not cloying like it can be in so many five star hotels. The rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms are the best in Italy! The staff was so helpful, even after we had left the very professional manager Leonard helped us with a telephone purchase problem we had in Napoli while we were in Pescara! It is not in the busy "hotel district" which is a plus for me. An easy walk to the Cathedral and Sorbillo's pizza. What more can you ask for. I have stayed there several times and it is fantastic! I highly recommend you treat yourself to the Romeo, I can't wait to return.

I've never been in this Hotel and I will never. I don't like connection that Romeo, the entrepreneur owning this hotel, had with organized crime.
