Very comfortable sedate hotel.

Really beautiful hotel in a great location from shops, restaurants and the promenade by the sea. What lets this hotel down in our estimations was the very unfriendly welcome we received upon checking in. We didn't even get a hello, absolutely no information in relation to location of breakfast or any other amenities at the Hotel or indeed anything local to the Hotel. Not what I would expect from a four star hotel. Such a shame, I would not stay here again.

Very elegant hotel in strategic location if I'm not mistaken near Via Chiaia-Martyrs' Square, I've been here for several years for meetings. Very courteous staff, very classic but nice décor, clean rooms, good food, well organized.

Palazzo Alabarieri is a four-star hotel located in the elegant Neapolitan district of Chiaia.
The rooms at Palazzo Alabardieri are equipped with TVs, minibars, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Bathrooms are equipped with anti-hanging mirrors, hairdryers and courtesy products. There is also a seating area and hot tub in the upper-end rooms.
The hotel has a relaxation area with sofas, safes at the front desk, six meeting rooms, luggage storage and Internet points. The property accepts small animals.
Breakfast is included. Palazzo Alabardieri is part of the American bar Amazon. Nearby there are restaurants with traditional Neapolitan cuisine such as Umberto, Donna Margherita and The Inn of the Prophet, all within 230 m.
Palazzo Alabardiers is a ten-minute walk from Plebiscite Square and 12 minutes from the Teatro San Carlo. Via San Gregorio Armenian and the Cathedral are 2, 6 km and three km respectively. The nearest subway stop is Amedeo, at 850m.

Adorable hotel in an amazing neighborhood! I'm so glad we stayed here, we were able to walk to the water and to great shopping. We had a delicious dinner two doors down at Umbertos, shopped across the street at a local market, and enjoyed strolling the quaint and safe cobblestone streets. A great spot!

The hotel is in a beautiful location, the rooms are nice (although a little dated and not too comfortable), clean and well kept bathrooms, the services are adequate. The staff of the hotel is able to remedy even the small problems of everyday life. We booked this hotel because we had a friend in a wheelchair. The rooms for the handicapped are fabulous, completely redone, with the double baths (one complete with handles and all the necessary). The breakfast served in a beautiful salon, good products, beautiful small sfogliatelle (but sometimes remained not replaced for too long). Two small details, which do not make him take the 5 stars: You can not be the electrical outlets close to the beds or cmq in comfortable positions, and… You can not make all the rooms suitable for the disabled when having 4 steps to go to breakfast! CMQ all in all a nice hotel.

Very convenient for the location, to review the malfunctioning conditioner (at night was freezing). Functional conference room, excellent cuisine including breakfast.

Good location. Take it easy. Clean and cozy rooms. The shower was a little small despite a large bathroom. Hard to regulate hot water.
Friendly staff who only speaks Italian and English.
The breakfast was very small. For a day or two well but for more very limited. Industrial pastries.
As far as services are provided even though I say it makes it easier to rent a car we had to miss a morning and organize ourselves yen do until the train station. They don't propose excursions.
For having been in a few 4 star hotels in Europe I would only give 3 or do not understand the stars in Naples. It will be for the location in the quartiere of Chiaia.
But the environment very well. Piazza dei Martiri vuia Chiara restaurants near the promenade well connected…
I point it in my agenda for future trips.

Great location for those who want to visit the city and enjoy the unfamiliar tranquillity of the city. You will be surprised that even this city has angles to live in serenity.

A great location in Napoli.

I was a guest at the Alabardieri Palace to attend an event. The hotel is located in a unique and elegant location in Naples (practically Martyrs ' Square), which is also reflected in the attention to detail and the elegance of the property. The food is great too. Instead I found it a little awkward the room used for the event as well as lacking the amenities. In conclusion I would say that for tourists surely is a great structure and fits for the strategic location.

The hotel is in the most prestigious area of the center of Naples, a few steps from the shopping streets and the promenade. The structure is elegant, and the reception areas are numerous and with high quality finishes. The room is large, with a nice bathroom and an impeccable level of cleanliness. Too bad for breakfast, really not at the level of such a structure: pre-packaged tarts, poor fruit and little quality in choice.

Very nice place a little hard to get to by car. Catering not to the height of the place (I was there for a refresher course)

The hotel only lacked one thing… tea making facilities in the room. I just love my cup of tea… but the rooms were lovely, the hotel ideally based and the staff really friendly and helpful. Lots of street cafes, bars and restaurants appeared all around the little side streets in the evening and it was a ten minute walk down to the seafront where there are lots of places to chose from to eat and drink. A jewel in the crown for Naples. I would certainly use this hotel again and recommend it to anyone wishing to visit city.

Beautiful old Italian style hotel in the heart of Naples. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are big enough to feen comfortable but not so big we can't afford them. Breakfast was plentiful and available at the times advertised. Glad we chose this out of all the ones available.

Beautiful hotel well located in the centre near the Bay, lovely room, great shower, excellent breakfast selection. It is a shame there is no restaurant and no hot drinks facilities in the room. The staff are first class.

The service and hotel were excellent. Staff were very friendly. The location is very nice as well. I would definitely return in the future.

Explaining it would be superfluous, you should only visit to admire it in all its beauty.

The only negative about this place is its entrance. No parking and u can't even stop to take out your luggage. It's in a small busy street.
