If you do not see you do not believe… the staff were very helpful and friendly. New, clean. Strategic point 2-minute walk from the Central station. Go ahead, you won't regret it. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Located a few passes from the central station, prices Altini, paid parking 10euto for a night x a scooter. New furnishings but no taste, clean. Very bad management.

This hotel was a great find for us last minute. We had booked a different hotel that turned out to be falling apart and decrepit. Hotel Sayonara is right next to the station and the guys are all helpful. Getting to the front door was a bit confusing because they share an entrance with several regular apartments. The rooms are nice and the shower was refreshing after walking and exploring. Di Michelle the pizza place that's super popular is right down the road about 12 min walk on the main street. The guys help point us to the local train to Sorrento so we could make it to the rest of our trip.

Ospite per due notti. L'hotel è una porzione di un vecchio condominio, di cui occupa il piano 3 e 4. L'esterno dello stabile è fatiscente e l'ambiente esterno non ispira senso di sicurezza. Come in molte altre città italiane, la zona limitrofa alla stazione soffre di questo problema. Per arrivare al piano si usa un ascensore, anche questa dall'aspetto poco invitante e di difficile utilizzo a causa della apertura e chiusura delle porte e dello spazio ridotto soprattutto quando si ha un bagaglio. Per salire è gratuita, per la discesa occorre una moneta da 20 centesimi. Le camere invece sono arredate è rifinite da poco, sono pulite ampie e spaziose. Alcune sono esposte verso piazza Garibaldi, altre sulle strade laterali. Tutte dotate di aria condizionata sia per gestire la temperatura sia per poter chiudere le finestre e difendersi dai rumori incessanti provenienti dalla piazza. Personale sempre presente in reception e disponibile a tutte le richieste dei clienti. Tutto sommato la struttura gode di un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo che ovviamente risente della condizione della zona circostante e dello stabile di cui fa parte.

In front of Piazza Garibaldi, excellent service also of late check in. Breakfast with real Neapolitan pastries and very nice also for organizing the transfer to the port! Recommended!

The room was okay and the location is close to the station, but the surrounding place was not great. Bathroom was great and Wi-Fi was okay. The staff could have been much better though.

Good location, newly renovated. But, we killed 5 mosquitoes in a night. Receptionist is friendly, equipments work. Located in a weird old building where the lifts charge 20 cent euro.

Room was nice. AC was weak which wasn't great on such hot days. Breakfast was really nice. Although we were confused by the signs that asked us to pay for breakfast even though it said free breakfast on the reservation. It ended up that it was free despite the signs.

Ok hotel, nothing to complain about the rooms. Located near the railway station, a run down area of Naples. But still OK.

Great location, hard beds and quite loud outside.

A newly constructed hotel, clean and well maintained, at the reception are friendly and welcoming. Only draw back is the building where it is located, a little sloppy and noisy, the hotel is practically situated in a condominium plan, another sore spot was the mattress … hard as a marble slab, but maybe it happened to us. … still comfortable because downtown and is close to the main train station and the bus stop x airport.

Excellent budget option close to the central station but in a somewhat seedy area. All rooms refurbished to good standards with air con and TV. Breakfast included (no seating).
