In the middle of the city just a short walk from the central station. Friendly staff, great service, stately property.

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Breakfast on the roof was nice. Nice sitting areas throughout and on the roof.

The hotel is great. The neighborhood is dirty but we had no issues walking the main streets day or night. The Wi-Fi is weak in our room. This is our fourth hotel in four Italian cities and this might be the best one yet. I would say 5 stars but the neighborhood is rough. That might be normal for Naples though.

Big thank you to all the amazing staff, so friendly and extremely helpful. We were very impressed with everything and will defiantly book to stay here again when we come back to Naples. Thank you once again!

Front line staff were all very good, whether at the desk or the young waiter upstairs. Location is fine if you want to be near the train station, otherwise not great. Cleaning staff need training, place was completely subpar. A 3 star in SA would be cleaner. Carpets on stairwell looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months. Bathrooms were just once-overed, and beds were literally pulled straight, not made up properly.

An oasis in the middle of a grimey part of Naples. Excellent staff. Lovely rooftop area that is a casual bar in the evenings and inexpensive breakfast buffet in the mornings.

HUGE SAFETY CONCERN! I recommend people do not stay there if you are risk adverse type person. My friend and I stayed at the hotel, when we went out to dinner a motorcyclist tried to grab my cross-body bag and didn't succeed. We thought it's random (too naive) but were highly alerted on the way back from dinner and purposely chose to walk on the big street. We have been constantly checking around to see anything suspicious. However, apparently we were targeted, and again a motorcycle suddenly came after us without making any sound and violently grabbed my friend’s cross-body bag from behind, she fell to the ground and was dragged by the motorcycle for about 10 or 15 feet. The bag strap was ripped and her bag was taken away. We told the hotel what happened and that the key was also robbed, they felt sorry but my guess is that it happened a lot in the area, they didn’t seem to be worried about the keys. Please note the keys are not the modern card keys but the old fashioned real keys, what’s worse was that the key has the room number on it, not sure whether they have the hotel name on it. Anyways, we felt unsafe staying at the hotel in this area. I read lots of other reviews afterwards, there are mentioning of how the neighborhood is so shady where the hotel is located. We didn’t do too much research that’s the lesson learned. I just wanted to write the review here to warn people who don’t want to take the risk.

The service is good at the same q the rooms the only bad thing is Q outside the hotel looks a little dangerous.

Unbelievable experience. Best kept secret. The entry to the hotel might not impress you much but you have to wait till you get in. Easily this is one of the best stays ever.

Staff were all great, particularly one of the guys at breakfast. Breakfast was decent but no real hot food (fine for free! ). Don't be put off when you first arrive at the hotel, it doesn't feel like the best location but we found it very handy as a base to get to everywhere across the city. Just ensure all valuables are safe, particularly near/in the train station.

And a nice hotel all renovated in the center of Naples you are a stone's throw from the pizzeria Michele where you can enjoy pizza margherita more ' good in Italy.

From Central station we had a quick but bumpy walk (cobble stones) with our suitcases to the hotel. It was a refreshing surprise to see this freshly painted and clean building after passing some ordinary looking hotels. The decor is plush and fresh Service is excellent and the rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

A lot of the reviews mentioned that this hotel was in a sketchy neighbourhood, but having stayed there I didn't feel unsafe, no worse than areas in NYC really. Yes, lots of graffiti everywhere, but there's a lot of that all around Naples. The main reason we chose it was due to it being so central and we could get to the train station pretty quickly so that we could go to Pompeii. The room we had was plenty large enough, the only snag was that we did have to open the windows to cool it down occasionally as it got rather warm, even in early February! We had breakfast upstairs and there was a good buffet selection of warm and hot items. Lots of choices of pastries — yum. The hotel staff were pleasant. Overall, this was a good hotel to stay at and very central.

Stayed there 4 nights this year, July 2017. The hotel is ideally situated, 2 min from the Train & Metro station and 20 min away from the airport. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Full breakfast is available with a wide variety of fresh fruits, pastry and cakes. The staff at the reception (all of them without exception) are very friendly, polite and extremely helpful with directions, tips and recommendations. I truly recommend you stay in this hotel when visiting Naples.

Great location in the heart of Naples (although the neighborhood was quite sketchy in the evening) and great staff. Everyone was so friendly and talkative. The rooftop is fantastic and so was the view. Our room was beautiful. We only stayed for one night but it was great!

Nice hotel close to the train station but slightly away which allows it to be quiet. Terrace bar on the top floor with service until 1h! Room Good breakfast.

Fabulous! Clean! Bath Towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bath mats, which are not standard in most European hotels! Cozy slippers! We'll be back!

Very good hotel well kept and the staff is very nice. The view on the terrace is nice and the breakfast is OK. The room we had was very well comptenu of the price by cons a small smell of sewer lift in the bathroom some days. The neighborhood is not crazy but near the war so super convenient. You just have to avoid the small streets and stay on the avenue to reach the historic district and there are no worries.

The Hotel San Pietro is very and nice clean. Our room was spacious with a view of the main street. Thankfully there were double balcony doors that worked well to reduce the street noise.
There is a nice rooftop bar that also serves meals during peak season. Staff were friendly and helpful.

First things first, the location is horrible, I felt intimidating to go out. This is not just an issue with the hotels location, it is an issue with Naples, one of the dirtiest cities I've visit right behind Casablanca. The hotel itself is beautiful, our room was fantastic (but not overly sure about the frosted glass toilet door in the bedroom! ). We ate breakfast which was mainly bread, tarts and pasties but acceptable for most people but we would always prefer more cereal options than just 2.

Hotel location was idea for our needs. Room and staff very nice, late check out and breakfast in room at no extra charge was a bonus too. Some strange decisions by management such as charging for conditioner, robes, razors, etc made it fell less than four stars.

I stayed at this hotel at Easter. Lovely reception staff very friendly rooms brand new and very special staff and perfect breakfast on the terrace. What about I recommend a big salute to all the staff. EUN kiss the beautiful and dear Mr. Maria. And surely I will see you soon.

We knew that Naples was a busy, chaotic hive of activity with a mess of street vendors a taste of the underbelly to be careful of. San Pietro was a true reprieve from the frantic life outside — 1 step inside and we felt like guests in a secluded villa. The staff provided a great experience of refinement and I should mention that the host in the dining room was a true gentleman, insisting on providing a calibre of service that is long forgotten in many places. He was a jem and a delight to meet. Our room was large and clean and made us feel secure from the outside bustle. The location was superb — being close to great shopping, transport and spectacular pizzerias.
