Beautiful overview, friendly staff, kitchen… artfully!

I stayed for 3 nights from 12 to 15 December 2021 the room I was given is 102; it was noisy because it overlooks the street has dated fixtures and are not anti-noise is an ancient view but to be rejuvenated!. Telefino in the dead room, Wi-Fi is there, but, you could not see, in the sense that everyone was difficult with the mobile phone in the room to make quick connections, very small shower. In short, for me it is not a hotel to be considered more 4 stars, towels with a hole, TV in the small room (I think, about 29 inches) far from the bed to sleep you could not see. If it lowered to 3 stars it would do the best thing!

Friendliness and cleanliness, very good hotel.

I stayed at this Hotel the night between February 13th and February 14th 2021.
The room was not bad, quite warm and quiet.
The thing that leaves most basic was Valentine's Dinner.
My partner and I had booked a dinner at a cost of 30 euros per person starting at 8.30pm. At 11.45pm we were still served only the starter (three small mountain men by the way cold). Asking the room staff for information they seemed totally unprepared for what was happening (with 20 people in the restaurant not 500) claimed that the kitchen was not prepared to receive such a large amount of people before, then that The stove had had a breakdown. Moral of the fairy tale in bed without dinner! The next day at the time of payment instead of apologizing for the disservice and the pitiful figure offered I wanted to add instead of two dinners, only one because anyway 2 appetizers we had consumed them (really absurd as what). I pointed out that in the end the dinner had not been consumed and that I was absolutely not willing to pay even 1 euro of the dinner of the previous day. Without wishing to further argue I paid the room, the tourist taxes for a total of 73 euros after a paranormal experience and at the limits of decency! The hotel is really nice and it's also in a nice area but if the management is this I think you have to do something else. I am incredulous at the treatment I have received.

I was there for Valentine's Day with an overnight solution plus dinner. Spacious and clean rooms but I was appalled by the disorganization of the hotel staff. A dinner that lasted 5 hours with a confusion between the courses between one table and another, not to mention the food served cold and sent back from most tables. One of the receptionists came to the room on the evening of dinner telling everyone that he would pay attention to the price for the inconvenience caused but at check out we were asked for the full amount. We are talking about a 4 star hotel but I actually was much better off in a b&b than in this hotel.

My family and I stayed for 4 nights just a few weeks ago. Very helpful and kind people the only flaw a bit the rooms to renovate. If I return to Naples I will definitely return.

It’s a great hotel! Located in a historic building with large, comfy and clean rooms. Walking distance to the Centro Storico.
The staff is outstanding, especially Miss Maira who was super nice and helpful.
When back in Naples (and I will be back for sure), I will undoubtedly stay there again!

Although our stay was short I found everything as described, comfortable environment and friendly and helpful staff.

Kindness and courtesy of all the staff. Beautiful localization. Bright, clean environments. Great breakfast with sweets and savoury in quantity. I recommend it because it is very close to the Forest and Museum of Capodimonte. Very close to the majestic Basilica Madre Crowned of the Good Council and the Catacombs of San Gennaro.

Amazing, simply stunning hotel. The building is definitely worthy of the name Grand hotel. The staff were friendly especially are barman for the weekend. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast room was beautiful and the pastries were delightful. Thank you for a fantastic weekend break.

Great hotel in historic building close to Naples centre with plenty of shops and cafes at walking distance. Just outside to the left of the cathedral is the entrance to tha catacombes of San Gennaro well worth visiting. Hotel staff are very pleasent and helpful. Hotel entrance is right on the busy road so be careful when entering and especially when exiting onto the road. Jan. 4 2019

We arrive at 17h, we asked for the parking and they informed us that until 19h was not open… my fiancé went parking to avoid get a fine and asked the reception to help me with our 4 bags luggage; which they didn’t: they only indicated me where the lift was. On top of everything I asked for a vegan option for our breakfast and the receptionist informed me that there might be some fruit… when we arrive to our room was somewhere on floor 1, because apparently “We asked for a quiet one” which we didn’t… Wi-fi was not working either… and the room smells like a wet grandpa’. We complained and were changed to a way nicer room at 4th floor. Next morning when breakfast time arrive I ended up eating bread with oil plus melon as no vegan options were given and the waitress refused to serve us a tomato so we might be able to have a bruschetta instead of just oil. Not coming back. Ever.

Where to start… The room was clean and spacious that's why it gets some point. Besides that not much good to say. It's impossible to find, the staff does not communicate well, it's in a terrible neighborhood close to even worse areas. There are no atms but you need to pay for the parking in cash! The hotel itself is very basic, I don't see why it has 4 stars. The bathroom was literally a tub with a water hose, no curtain, nothing to hang up the shower head etc. Not what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel!

Nice clean hotel a bit out of the way of everything no restaurant as advertised staff very friendly and helpful.

They make too much noise for my taste. They organize parties like children's party clubs or anniversaries with screaming DJs we'll hear up to Fuorigrotta, beautiful, very fine worthy for a 5-star hotel,. But do guests of this hotel say or are there no guests? With the caciara they make I think they will have fewer and fewer customers.

Very nice interior. Particular is the central "short" area that allows you to look up and see the whole flat structure formed by balconies.
Not really cheap, however, it has a very good reputation.
The only real problem is the entrance placed literally on the road (quite busy)

The staff are very friendly and friendly, the hotel is very nice and the breakfast great. I had the opportunity to see many other rooms, all very nice and different. Unfortunately I was a bit unlucky myself, since I ended up on the first floor in a very dusty room where there was a smell of mold that plugged my airways during the first night of my stay. On the second day already the smell was much more pleasant although I continued to have difficulty breathing well.
The bed is very "crunchy", in the sense that every single movement starts a concert.
That's the only thing I'd make better. The hotel is really great, four stars well deserved. I wanted to spell out these "problems", because these are absolutely solvable things that I think should be improved.
For the rest I had a really good time. I recommend it! And I'd go back.

Very large Hotel near the catacombs of San Gennaro friendly and helpful staff. You can easily reach the center of Naples by bus, the stop is in front of the hotel. Faults: Bed not very comfortable, and when they pass many cars the bed and closet trembled. We had the room on the third floor.

Nice place and in walking distance to city, very helpful staff and great variety of breakfast items. We recommend it for guests who don't want the usual tourist hotel environment. We enjoyed our stay here.

I booked a Junior Suite, and the strange thing that there was not a balcony. But a window with stained glass and shields all dusted. In opening them, I breathed my hands and the white shirt just worn to take her to a business meeting in CAPRI.

Elegant Hotel. Only flaw is the parking space. Have a convention with garage at 10 Eur per day.

Stayed in Feb. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Room very nice. Would stay again.

Not bad the structure even if it causes work there are always the safety exits open and therefore a lot of current in the corridors with disturbance of temperature.
Staff friendly and willing but alas still a little immature and unskilled.
Before booking it is still essential to know that the hotel overlooks a road with fast and continuous scrolling (all night), so I recommend to book a room overlooking the interior if there are. That's not what happened to us.
Specific also that the hotel does not have parking property but a garage agreement that costs €10 per night, it is useful to know first.

Excellent structure near the Real Bosco di Capodimonte, very large rooms with a beautiful central cloister. Very professional and friendly staff, very varied continental breakfast with great espresso.
Near stops for public transport and entrance to the catacombs of San Gennaro.

Cleaning and daily reordering.

Great experience. The staff Nice and very clean structure. From the solarium on the fourth floor you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Capodimonte church and the round. The soft drinks in the mini fridge are included and therefore can be used without further expenses. Breakfast is very varied: savory with scrambled eggs, ham, sausages, cheeses and various salami, different types of bread, butter and other; Sweet with classic Cornettini, mini curly Sfogliatelle and short crost, staples, muffins and homemade pastries. Present milk of different types. The rooms and in general the hotel are very warm in the winter. The location is great for those who want to visit the city. Wi-Fi is free in the entire facility without the use of passwords. Recommended, I will definitely return.

Hotel itself is clean and warm. Staff welcoming and amenable. Downside is that it’s not a place to take children or for the elderly. The entrance is directly on a busy road with no pavement. If anyone has had any experience of Italian drivers you’ll understand when I say it’s every man for himself. They stop for no one. Naples itself I found to be quite run down, dirty and tired looking. Nearest Metro is about 20min walk or there is a bus stop virtually outside hotel. Don’t bother bringing anything other than walking shoes. You’ll break your neck in heels on the uneven cobbled roads and pavements x Certainly an experience.

Elegant and comfortable hotel, recreated inside an old convent or monastery. Renovated respecting the style of the building. Comfortable bed, spacious room and standard bathroom. Breakfast both sweet and continental, attentive and courteous service.

Fantastic helpful staff — Franchesco was the best. Room was adequet just a bit anoyed by the permanent green light (fire alarm? ) above the bed other than that 4 star.

Very good establishment. Clean Very attentive staff whether at the reception or at the breakfast room (copious buffet with plenty of choice). Hotel very far from the centre and noisy because of the proximity to the airport (the planes pass very low above the hotel).

It was a very nice and helpful staff. Excellent quality breakfast with plenty of food both sweet and savory.
The rooms are very clean. Mini bar in the room included in the price. We will return!

Especially friendly reception staff and in addition to speaking Spanish, we were of much help. Very spacious rooms with water and free refreshments replenished daily. Just put soap dispensers-shampoo. Personally I prefer water and soft drinks free toiletries that I don't use. Located to the side of the catacombs, and very close to the Museum of Capodimonte. There is No subway but there are buses that stop in front. The breakfast is great. Has a good relation quality-price.

This hotel was a very nice hotel. It had a very nice feel to the room. Very open and spacious we love that the place offered free bottled water and drinks in the mini bar for no charge. They took care of us when we needed a cab and were very helpful.

Staff was great! The bedroom and bathroom are big but very old. They serve a very good breakfast.

Place with lovely view, great rooms clean even though the years have left their marks. Very nice staff The new management is being done in four to accommodate with the utmost availability. Breathtaking view from the gigantic terrace on several levels. Considering that the structure is an old convent refitted and that the work to make it become splendid even in the details is a long process, you can forgive some smearing. Not recommended to perfectionists. But nice detail the prices are contained.

Large room and good breakfast. A tiny disappoint at the shower and the beds, but can be covered by a kind service. Satisfied in total.

Prestigious hotel in four we stayed in a very large and airy room.
Not really 4 star. 3 and a half!

Beautiful hotel. We asked for a quite room and got some 'special' one on the other side, next to the director office. Wi-Fi didn't reach three, there was no safe (contrary to what was mentioned on the description), reception phone number was wrong so we couldn't call them (mistake on the print outs) and on the last morning the water stopped working so we got another key room for our use before leaving. Nice breakfast with fancy omelette and pencakes machines and fresh honeycomb, only the ladies working there looked very bored and made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Further, no parking or pavement to easily enter the hotel. When arriving we could only park for a moment at a tiny side street next to the back entrance to unload but upon the departure we walked on the street with the luggage and stroller down the hill to the paid parking we got. Very dangerous and uncomfortable.

Very comfortable rooms in the style of fine 800, staff available and at the height, very spacious and comfortable bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, cleanliness, courtesy and excellent availability, breakfast with a very wide offer of sweet and savoury. Also served quite well by public transport, in a strategic position in my opinion. Will.

Great breakfast very varied and accompanied by local products, very courteous and attentive staff, however 4 stars are a bit too much the décor is very dated, bathroom accessories have a great need to be remodeled. Very uncomfortable the entrance directly on a sliding road and not easily accessible because of a sidewalk in which does not even enter a cabin trolley.

Worst hotel I have stayed on in a long time! 1. Booking says all taxes and fee included, on checkout it costed 10 euros more in city taxes! 2. ALOT of noise from the big broad road just outside the hotel, I couldn't sleep! 3. The Wi-Fi AND mini bar fridge did not work at all — Asking for a little top of the price was a straight out NO! What the hell?! 4. Told us the price to the Airport and booked it, when we arrived it was 5-6 euros more suddently! 7. Scrape marks on the wall from moving the bed. 8. The curtains couldn't move and was half way on its way out the wall/ceiling. So when you wake up when the sun rises because its shining straight into your face you get a bit angry on those transparent curtains!

A real disappointment: furniture and rooms old, bidet not anchored to the floor, shower stall broken, cracks in the walls, room with window on the street not soundproof, problems with taxi service, etc. Etc. The only positive note is the friendly and professional staff, especially Anna, who greeted us at the reception on the evening of arrival. But also the staff in the breakfast room. All good, but unfortunately the structure should be redone.

The hotel was very nice and clean.

Very nice staff, the building is interesting with plenty of terassas and internal gallery. The rooms are okay, not fancy but clean. The breakfast is too poor and the coffee is just aughul. The hotel is located in a very dirty district, however you can take a bus a walk to the center — about 20 min. Walk. All in all — it was nice experience.

The room is big and clean but almost I have not been able to dornir by the noise of the cars and the wind. The sales are not isolated. If they improve this, the hotel is good.

Huge rooms, staff friendly and professional!

Staff friendly, rooms clean and cozy hotel Bourbon style very nice. Although I think the hotel should be from 3 stars and not 4. The breakfast that was served was pitiful, with lots of acid juice so it probably expired. The hotel entrance is located practically on the street, then walk not found it very pleasant. Next to the hotel there is a beautiful church, the room had a nice view. It must be said also that the hotel is about 3 km from the Centre, by car it takes 5 minutes. Has its pros and cons, but if I were asked to recommend it I'd say no.

Only stayed 2 nights and we have adopted the formula of the free breakfast in the living room. Easy to get to, after leaving the highway will be about 500 meters and immediate right after that big church. Unfortunately the point is bustling and Neapolitans are a little reluctant to go slow and therefore a little uncomfortable to walk. More down in the street have a garage not free, 10 euro per night and the machine is run by friendly people and Nice. Decor is retro style, pleasant. The price of my room was practically a gift. 30 euros per night for a huge room, probably 50 square meters at a guess. Recommended anyway, quality at good price.
