Buono B&B

If you plan stay here 2 things to be kept in mind:
-this is not 4-star hotel.
-this is not B&B.
Other than that there is no issues with the place. I tend to sum pros and cons but in this case cons for one could be pros for others-please keep it in mind.
Pros:
-clean. Really clean.
-bathroom in full order (that is not always the case in even more classy places)
-close to local amenities.
-kind and helpful staff.
Cons:
-no breakfast served, even continental.
-awkward location. Close enough to airport but no public transport (except cab) to it, neither to major city attractions. Walking time to local focal point (Piazza Carlo III) is 15 min.
-Neighborhood is totally unassuming.
Overall, if you need sleeping space and can afford walk more than it is needed it is OK.

Rooms are pretty small, so basically only good for sleeping. There was a bathroom with shower and toilet.
There was also a 'relaxing place' behind the hotel which is a pretty nice place to chill in the evenings.
A big downside is the fact that they don't serve any food, you have to do with Glovo (like uber eats) or dine out.
Good to know, there is no staff at the hotel outside of 14:30-20:00, though there is a phone number that should be reachable 24/7 for any questions, I can confirm that it was available when we arrived at 23PM. The customer service was great.
The location is not to good, walking to the centre of Naples will take you around 40-50 minutes. Buses drive very irregularly.
We made good use of taxi's in Naples, they are quick and not too expensive (around 16 euros for 10-15 minutes drive).

Arrived at 12pm and there was no one at reception, I understand check in isn’t until 2:30pm — but we thought we could swing over and leave our luggage in their safe area whilst we wonder round and explore the area. But we were greeted with the house keeper who doesn’t understand a word of english when it was advertised multilingual staff, lack of communication and its definitely not her job to greet everyone but she was still helpful and lend us to the outdoor area to chill in the main time. The receptionist was very helpful and cheery, but there isnt anyone there until 2:30pm to 9pm.
Advertised as B&B, but no breakfast was included. There was no kettle in the room either. If you have a hire car then it will definitely be easier but on foot, it takes around 35/40 mins everyday to walk into the city and depending on how far youre in, its longer to walk. During the night the area is very quiet but we didnt feel safe to wonder around at night so we got take outs delivered to our room most nights.
