THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I celebrated my daughter's baptism here and everything was perfect! I received compliments from all the guests for the great food, the super friendly and efficient staff in all requests (even made at the time). The location is wonderful and huge, one of the most beautiful and well-kept views so far. We will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you very much for everything. Your professionalism and your courtesy towards us and towards the guests was really excellent. The cuisine obviously exceptional. From Montemare to the citrus grove and up to the cake in the pool it was a succession of pleasant surprises. A special mention to the maitre Alfonso and chef Tecchia as well as to the staff of the administration. Thanks again to Susy who has been close to us since the first day and to Cira and Maria, impeccable and professional.

Two days have passed since our wonderful wedding… we got married in this wonderful location on 18/12/2021❤️ Everything was impeccable! From organization to top service! Almost a month after the wedding Our guests still congratulate us for everything! Dream location, GREAT food, exceptional staff. In short, everything IS PERFECT! We couldn't have made a better choice. It was even nicer than we imagined it 😍

I was there yesterday for my cousin's wedding. I have to say it was a fantastic event. From the enchanting location, very helpful and prepared staff, exquisite dishes, in short, really compliments. We had a great time, I will definitely recommend it.

A view to leave you breathless… on the one hand see a garden that seems to have come out of Wonderland, with the city behind that night illuminates this wonderful place; on the other side there it is in all its beauty and majesty Vesuvius!

I traveled to Napoli for work and had an extended stay. I had an agreed rate for the duration of the stay, and in general the hotel was very good. There were a few problems like ants in my room during the first week, but not a huge deal and the stay was very nice. The problem started when I needed to leave earlier than expected. I communicated this need to Ezio at the front desk and he discussed with the manager and got back to me later that day stating that it would be acceptable to leave early however I would need to pay a penalty. (I paid 50% of the time I still had remaining there). This is completely understandable, and Ezio gave me a receipt and email specifying the amount paid and the amount they were going to return to my credit card (since I initially paid all up front on the first day I arrived). They said the refund would take about 10 business days to be processed. It is over 2 months later and I do not have my refund. I have called Mario (the manager) and stated that I need my refund. He told me to again forward him the receipt showing my refund amount and assured that my refund would be processed promptly. That was weeks ago. Now they do not answer my phone calls or emails so I can only assume my refund is not being processed. It was thousands of dollars refund. If I were you, I wouldn't trust them with my business.

We celebrated our wedding in this lovely place, an oasis of paradise at the foot of Vesuvius, and lived like a fairy tale! All real professionals, chef Tecchia delighted us on the palate, Our guests were welcomed professionally by all the staff from start to finish,,,, all super wonderful! We couldn't have chosen better … Thank you.

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful garden (rather a park with very large pool).
Very large and clean room with an ideal view of the Vesuve.
All the staff are very attentive, really a personalized service, less than 10 minutes from Naples by car.
The hotel is more like a 5-star hotel than a 4.
The butler Giovanni Nocerino is very professional and has perfectly met our needs. Really congratulations and thank you all!
