A wonderful week, the castle is just like that, beautiful location, super clean rooms, spectacular view and a rich and varied breakfast with homemade desserts by Mrs. Silvia and then there is Vincenzo who makes you love this land even before seeing it, shows you the right places, good food, where to see a beautiful sunset and every evening a chat and a limoncello a person of great heart 💖

I stayed at The Castle of San Sergio in October, recommended by a friend who had already been there. He told me it was a beautiful place and so it looked from the photos, but live it's even better! It was a magnificent discovery! Immersed in uncontaminated nature, an oasis of peace, a historical structure with attention to detail from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Palinuro! Our room was equipped with a wooden mezzanine and sea view window, tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. The owners, Vincenzo and his mother, are exquisite, kind and helpful people. They made us feel at home and were our guides for the duration of our stay. Very good and varied breakfast.
In addition, the Castle has a fairly central location, you can move easily to visit all of Cilento which is really wonderful.
We can't wait to go back in the summer to discover the magnificent caves reachable by boat. But at the Castle of San Sergio even in autumn everything is so suggestive!

Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful view, excellent breakfast, great hospitality. Beautiful home. Easy access to the beaches, but able to stay without the noise of a town. Worth every Euro for a restful vacation.

We had a very nice stay in June 2018 of 7 nights. Superb breakfast, stunning views from the mountain to the surrounding area and above all the sweat, lovely and enthusiastic hospitable of both Sylvia and Vincenzo. They made our vacation a special one. If you are ever in the opportunity to visit this lovely and quit place, don’t hesitate!

Situated above a hill, with magnificent panorama over Palinuro. Managed with friendliness and helpfulness. At night you can admire the silence of the area, away from the city chaos, during the day you can choose your ideal destination in the area. The breakfast served in the front garden with Panorama on Palinuro has its why. To try. Congratulations.

This place is stunning. The staff was very warm, we only wished we spoke more Italian. Sylvia speaks no English, but her son was available to help translate (he spoke English and helped with check out). It's under 15 min from Palinuro and we would definitely stay there again when coming to the Palinuro area.

Impeccable restoration, breathtaking landscapes, clean, breakfast very good. Really a Bed and Breakfast high levels.

A place that seems remained suspended in time, where the glitz and the Castle class they fit perfectly into a territory that offers a breathtaking view. I didn't know there was a place like this, until I was for the first time at the Castle! Already from the first sight on the Gulf of Palinuro you stay in love, not to mention the rooms: each room has its own history and its own personality, expertly curated by taste and attention to detail. I've been to the Castle several times, so much so that now I feel at home, whether for an overnight stay that various events (a baptism or a birthday) : Yes, you can reserve the facility for weddings or other events! Then the managers know how to make you feel at home, from breakfast prepared by hand once up to any needs you may have, really all going smoothly. All at prices that I can only define "indecently low" for a facility like this and for all services offered. Up to here just words … but until you don't discover ever since these are only part of what you can live!
