Despite the pouring rain the Villa exceeded all my expectations! We were greeted beautifully and had a divine lunch in the fantastic setting of Positano! The staff, attentive to our single need, also accepted our request and accompanied us to take a tour of the structure! Every environment has left us speechless! A show immersed in a well-kept garden!

I did not have the pleasure of staying in this superb resort no availability at our time, but we spend two days dining and having lunch as well as access to near by beach … remarkably cosy of unique design one of kind … The views from the several lounges are spectacular … The Moroccan flavor makes it honey moon delight … Staff like Mr. Cero in the reception and Maxime Rachel Resort manager are wonderful. Highly recommended …

NEVER GO TEHRE HORRIBLE PLACE They have a rule of most paying 100euros per person just going to the bar to have a glass of water. Not only that, that information does absolutely NOT stand on their official website or any social media. The maneger of the hotel was so incredibly rude and I respectful towards me and my family. We went the whole way from Positano town to the hotel (about 2km) and told me I would disturb the hotel guests by me being there in the bar. The manager treats you really bad if you don’t pay 3000euros a night. We refuced to pay 300euros for just the three of us having a glass of water so he said he the Luther choice was to book a hotel room for 3000euros a night. Dont get me wrong, I've been to 5star hotel all over Europe, Paris, London, Barcelona, Milano and this is the first time they tell you a unwritten rule when get to the place, that you have to pay for get in. About that, a asked the manager that the 100euros rule was absolutely no where to be found on their website, and he said he knew that and wanted to keep it that way. Just don’t go there, waste of time.

Went to the restaurant and bar. Good food and amazing service. Extremely beautiful design and great atmosphere. Staff went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Highly recommend.

5star hotel with a 5star arrogance level. This hotel has a bizarre rule of paying 100 euros each just to have a drink at the bar. You have to use this towards set snack menus and drinks?! Like most hotels around the world you can book in a table for drinks at the bar, or dinner/lunch reservations or usually just walk in without many questions asked. The beauty of hotels. That then would most likely see you staying with them in the future and tell all your friends and family to stay there too. That's how it works. For example five star hotel Le Sirenuse based in the heart of Positano is complete opposite to big headed Villa Treville in regards to attitude and so much more nicer, beautiful photos ops and the staff are so so friendly. We got to enjoy drinks and food there most times of the day. We have even booked to stay there next year due to the experience. This hotel however wouldn't even let us walk into the lobby without paying an entry charge because we may perhaps get to look at the lobby for free! And I saw the lobby and honestly it's no taj mahal and it doesn't require reception staff to also play security. But that's how crazy it was. Just so bizarre and quite frankly something unheard of for a 5star. I'd understand if it was a 7star hotel like when we visited the Burj al Arab in dubai. We have stayed and dined at many five star hotels but this hotel has a level of arrogance that was rather surprising considering the rest of the town was so friendly.

Do not go here! I wasn't staying at the hotel but I wanted to book a reservation for the restaurant. A staff member said a credit card is needed for the reservation in order to charge a fee if a no-show. I didn't mind this, but when I gave him my card, he walked straight to the photocopier and started photocopying the front and back of my card! He didn't warn me beforehand that he was going to do this. A photo or copy should never be taken of a customers card! This is only done for fraud if he intended to purchase items using my card as typically only the card number is needed. I was absolutely disgusted and when I requested the photocopy of my card details, the staff member just scrunched up the paper, I was very suspicious! I demanded the photocopy and walked out, had to contact my bank account immediately to block and freeze my card or god knows what he could have purchased using my card. I expected far better from such a hotel.

No hotel is that great whereby you have to pay 100s to go in and use that towards only selected items. Terrible policy.

The views, service, food and wine, and the decor was all breathtaking. A very very special place. The best beef tartar of my life. Can't wait to come back!

I was at Villa TreVille for a wedding and found it luxuriously beautiful, with exceptional views and amenities. The best part of it in my opinion is the private little dock from which you can take a boat or just jump in the water.

Villa Treville is a spectacular place, the quintessence of a boutique luxury hotel. The suites are amazing, the view is awesome and the atmosphere is very special… I would definitely recommend for a special holiday in couple!

I have traveled around the world for many years and have stayed at all types of hotels but nothing compares to Villa Tre Ville. It has now become my all time favorite place to stay. The staff here are wonderful and ensuring that you have everything you could need. The food here is excellent. It truly feels like you are staying at someone's home. We were only there for 2 days but we truly could have stayed there for our entire holiday if they had the availability. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to go and be pampered and feel at home. We are already planning our next visit there in the Spring of 2015.

It is difficult to describe how much we loved this villa. They know how make you feel like home. It is a luxurious villa and you gona own it. Me and my brothers miss everyone there.
