Weekend for our 23rd wedding anniversary chosen randomly among so many we couldn't make best choice fantastic suite with stunning views chic restaurant with great cuisine and qualified staff rich breakfast abundant and genuine friendly and attentive to all panoramic pool with view and I have to say impeccable cleanliness that said by me makes the difference… thank you for this unforgettable short but intense stay. We'll see you again soon… Meanwhile we have another day.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views and great personalized service from the entire staff. Each room is unique and well appointed and location is central to the entire area. The wine tasting is something not to be missed. Breakfast service is excellent, attentive, personal and tasty. Would highly recommend the Eden Roc.

We have stayed all over Italy and the staff and accommodations at Hotel Eden Roc were the best! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and welcomed. The suits are great with incredible views. We will be back.

Aircon was not working! We paid 755 euro for a room and nothing was done to fix it! The owners and management where no where when this matter was brought up! Very unhappy.

A beautifully positioned Hotel within easy walking distance of the Beach and Main Square. Yes, it is uphill a bit but my Wife and I are not athletes and we have managed easily. All Staff are excellent. The Hotel and Rooms are maintained to an excellent standard. The pool and lounge areas are unbelievable. The views from our Room and the Pool/Lounge area is also fantastic. Overall I would easily stay at the Eden Roc when we next come to Positano. Great Job Guys.

I had the pleasure of staying 5 nights at this ocean facing hillside hotel in Positano. This is a very well appointed family run hotel that actually makes its guests feel like family. I travel over 200, 000 miles per year and over 100 hotel nights and this hotel stands out: Location, facilities and PEOPLE. The staff here absolutely makes the difference in a vacation. Pasquale at the Front Desk, Carlo at the Adam and Eve Restaurant or Tony serving breakfast will separate this hotel from most any other. Perfect location. Sea View from each room, Fantastic ocean/town facing restaurant (Adam & Eve) will make this the best 4 star value in Positano.

I never leave reviews, but the experience that my wife and I had at Eden Roc was the best of anywhere we have stayed. The level of service was exceptional and we really felt appreciated and welcome in the hotel. The employees were always smiling and made you feel like they were happy to have you there. The room was large and the views were amazing. We ate breakfast at the hotel just about every morning because it was as good or better than other places in Positano. We arranged for a wedding ceremony and dinner during our stay and everything went perfectly. Communication with Valentino and other stuff was always prompt and made us feel very comfortable even though we were coming from the U. S. And had not seen the hotel. I would recommend Eden Roc to anyone going to the Amalfi Coast. We will absolutely book again if we are lucky enough to go back.

The hotel was ideally located. The rooms were large and beautiful. The staff, in particular Pasquale were very attentive to our needs. I want to return to Eden Roc in the near future. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights at Eden Roc in Positano. The hotel was very nice. Our room was great and included a hot tub on a very spacious balcony overlooking the water. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating.

This hotel is excellent! It has a wonderful view, very clean, great staff. If you email them they respond immediately. If you need directions or services of anytime they can help you or recommend things like (hair dressers) where to buy lemoncello. They use a company to do private transfers that were right on time, very professional and you feel very safe there. If I ever go back I will definitely stay at Eden Roc and I highly recommend it.

In additional to being a beautiful hotel in a beautiful spot, the thing that stands out about the Eden Roc are the thoughtful, warm, and attentive staff. Especially the breakfast employees!

My wife and I recently had the privilege of staying at Eden Roc for 5 days and I have to say on behalf of both of us, one of the best we have stay at, the room was beautiful, restaurant was amazing but most of all the staff were outstanding, would recommend highly to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast Peter & Michelle Sanders.

Lovely break! The hotel staff are charming and very helpful and accommodating going above and beyond to make the stay relaxing and wonderful. Tony at breakfast every morning is a staple and makes the day start right catering to any of your food needs. The room was large with a large double vanity bathroom and a George out balcony perfect for sunset watching with wine or espresso!

Our stay at the Eden Roc was absolutely wonderful. Everyone there was so very friendly and went out of their way to grant our every request. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The view from our balcony of the bay of Salerno and also of Positano was truly amazing, just like looking at a huge post card. The location of the hotel is very comfortable to most of Positano. Great staff. Hotel felt dated and over priced. Breakfast was not great. But I want to emphasize how great the staff was and how much they did to make our stay enjoyable.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful view. Service was top-notch. Hotel staff were very helpful with setting up transfers to and from the hotel. My only complaint was the traffic noise. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony with a gorgeous view, but the sound of cars and motorcycles zooming by was obtrusive.

Our stay at Eden Roc was memorable. The hotel is charming with special touches throughout. The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Our room on the 4th floor had the most amazing view. We enjoyed our walks down to the beach. We enjoyed our balcony, the pool, the bar, breakfast in the restaurant, easy parking, our gorgeous room with bath. We loved everything about this place. It was family friendly and so special! We wished we could have stayed longer.

A lovely hotel and beautiful view. The rooms are laid out so you can see the view from the bed, living room or terrace. Great service. The breakfast was a little disappointing as it was the same every day, and consisted largely of desserts and sweet food. They will make you your choice of eggs, but you have to know to ask. Great fresh-squeezed orange juice. They are updating the furniture in the rooms, which is good news. Very, very clean. Nice pool on the roof with restaurant and terrace. If you go in the height of summer, the pool temperature will be fine. We were there in May and it was "freezing. " Still, nice chairs to lay on and you can't beat the view! Seats only 8 people, so if you are intent on a pool day, go early and get your chair. I've been her twice now, and for the price, it is a great deal. The people who work there really care and are very helpful. Wifi was a little iffy at times I think because they have 3 separate networks (for room, common areas and pool), and maybe they compete with each other. Sometimes it worked great, other times we had to move to a common area to get decent reception.

The location of the hotel gives you a tremendous view of the ocean and the homes and businesses built into the cliffs overlooking Positano. Our balcony gave us a commanding view of the entire town of Positano. Room was spacious and clean, and well equipped. Service from all staff was friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend Hotel Eden Roc.

Our stay at the Eden Roc resort in Positano was fabulous! We stayed four nights in early September. The hotel staff was very accommodating and breakfast was superb. Unfortunately we did not have time to dine at the hotel for dinner, but heard it was exquisite. We stayed on the fourth floor and had an amazing view. I highly recommend requesting an upper floor if you can get it. If we're lucky enough to return to Positano, I'd definitely consider the Eden Roc again.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff! They couldn't do enough for us! We had the Imperial Suite with the jacuzzi on the balcony! It was beautiful! The jacuzzi was fabulous also. It was very clean. The pool was lovely. Small area around the pool but fine for the time we spent there. Dinner at the restaurant was great! Beautiful views. And I just can't say enough about the staff. We were treated better than we would even expect. All the staff members go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. I would stay there again without hesitation!

We had a great stay, wish it could have been longer. The staff were very attentive, starting with an email several days before our arrival to confirm transportation, wine and pillow (! ) preferences. Room was gorgeous and balcony with sea view was enjoyable throughout the day. We did the wine tasting in the lobby which was a nice surprise. The restaurant on the roof has glorious views with excellent food and service. Try to be there at sunset, even though the sun is out of view, the pink skies over the sea are beautiful.

My family and I found the Eden Roc Hotel to be above our expectations. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Tony was very attentive to us for breakfast and was charming. The location is accessible to enjoy the town, the room we had was a triple suite which was spacious for our needs. The hotel was a wonderful stay for us in Positano. Wonderful location. Within walking distance of the major shopping areas and restaurants. Also amazing view of Positano. Staff was incredibly helpful and generous with their time and provided many tips to traveling. Rooms were spacious. Looking forward to returning for our next stay.

Well located and with a nice view, this is a very nice hotel. It's very clean, with a neat decoration and an excellent staff. The rooms have a good size, a very comfy bed and great view from the balcony. The restaurant also is worth mentioning, with a very good food. I don't know when, but I surely will return.

My husband and I stayed at Eden Roc for five nights — October 5-9, departing on the 10th. It was the best part of our 15-day journey through Italy and would return in a heartbeat. Everyone at Eden Roc was very kind and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We especially would like to thank Salvatore for his wonderful expertise and kind assistance during our wine tasting and visits to the bar; the staff at the front desk for their wonderful assistance any time we had questions/inquiries; and Tony for his entertaining attentiveness to our breakfast dining experience. Eden Roc also made great arrangements for us to have a private car pick us up at the Naples train station which included a two-hour stop at Pompeii and when we indicated our delight with our driver, Leo, Eden Roc ensured that we were able to get Leo for our return ride to the train station. (Leo was wonderful too so please let his employing agency know that). My only regret is that I forgot to sign the guestbook before leaving — so I definitely hope to do that if/when we return to Positano to stay at Eden Roc again. Many thanks and our warmest regards to the Eden Roc staff.

Loved this hotel! The staff was warm and welcoming and genuinely happy to assist us with anything! The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable and the balcony and view was unmatched — like living in a postcard.

This was the cleanest hotel at which we have ever stayed, and that includes very high end establishments like The Rittenhouse and The Ritz-Carlton. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Everyone spoke English and cheerfully saw to our every need. We could not have been made to feel more welcome and at home. Exceptional value for the money too. We have already booked our reservations for next year.
