Made the steps you are in paradise … wonderful view, caring and kind staff. Good food in the hotel restaurant.

Location with beautiful view of the village and the sea, clean and cared for, kind owner and staff, very nice rooms and spectacular terrace.

Loved our stay here in Positano last year! The amazing food, breathtaking views, and Prosecco were worth all of the stairs we had to climb! Great hotel and fabulous staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You have to be you are fit to visit this hotel — enough to climb all the way up to it. The view is amazing But be prepared that unless you really are fit — you are stuck in the hotel until it’s time to leave. Totally unsuitable for anyone with disabilities or even slight problems walking.
The hotel did provide a porter to carry the bags up the cliff thankfully — but you might need to check this is available off you are visiting during the busy season. The restaurant food is very good — only marred by the pushy waiter telling me after I’d just had a lunch that “tips are extra for my information” — unusual in my experience to be told this when staying an hotel.
This hotel charges for absolutely everything and there are no frills. Towels for the sun terrace are charged — as is water. If you eat at the hotel — remembering that you are almost a captive — extra charges are levied each time you sit down. Cover charges added each time add up at 4 euros a time.
Facilities appear good on the surface — jacuzzi (no pool) but you find it's freezing cold and I heated — and only a single jet works. Essentially a tub of cold water. Tv is flatscreen in each room but has three channels only that work. Brush up on your German and Italian for two of them — and it's cnn news in English.
So called city tax is levied at 4 euros each per night — payable only in cash for some reason. If you don't have cash they point you down those 105 steps to a cash machine.

The best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Breathtaking views and the most warm and courteous staff I’ve ever met. Always smiling and ready to help. They’ll make you feel at home. Especially Giuseppe, that guy is a gem of a person. Luciano and Giovanni are also really sweet. :)

By far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. My husband and I got married here on 5-3-19 and it was honestly all a dream. Everything turned out beyond perfect and it completely exceeded our expectations. Arianna and her staff prepared our ceremony for us and accommodated us in every way they could. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! You will not be disappointed!

The staff were amazing — friendly, warm, caring, always helpful and welcoming. Enjoyed the location, food and wine breathrrakjng and relaxing. Miss their smiling faces already. Sonjja and dusan.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotel Conca d'Oro. The walk is awesome down to the main centre square and back up again. But be prepared for stairs but also allowed us to eat a lot of pasta as we walked it off easily.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The food was absolutely amazing especially the desserts. Breakfast was great also with lovely staff.
Our room was a good size but saying that we didn't spend alot of time in there either.
Laundry service was great and very quick.
Would have been nice to have a deck chair for the balcony to sun bake on. (Just one but again just a bonus)
The only thing I didn't enjoy was the massage made an appointment then ran 3/4 hour late with no apology from the actually massage ladies but the front desk ladies were very apologetic. The room was very cold and the older women was not very friendly but young girl was. There was confusion about how to pay as we were told we could book up to our room and then when we got there we had to pay on the spot.
But everything else was fantastic at this resort and l would definitely recommend and go back.

Totally amazing stay at this hotel. We booked for 8 ladies to celebrate our friends 50th. The hotel really made so much effort to make the celebrations special and memorable. Special thanks to Arianna in the team who organised our reservations and celebration dinner, with flowers, decorations and wonderful food. The views from this hotel are breath taking. High up in the hillside, overlooking the sea and all of the town. There are a lot of stairs to get up and down but frankly I needed the exercise after all that delicious pasta!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in Positano and had a wonderful time! We had a room with a terrace which is definitely what I would recommend if staying in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel restaurant is also wonderful with great food and a spectacular view. We would definitely stay here again if we were back in the area!
