The view from the balcony is superb! Sitting on the balcony having breakfast in the sun was particularly fab considering it was the end of November.
Location right in the old town with plenty of little restaurants around — although many were closed for the season.
Very spacious (quirky/rustic) apartment with plenty of wardrobe space.
Very good communication from Ferdinando who let us check in early and leave our bags with him when we had to check out.
Easy 15 min walk to the station.
Apartment could do with a little maintenance —
Needs new shower — head wouldn't stay up in its holder.
Toilet seat cracked.
Bedroom door handle kept coming off.
Several dodgy electric sockets.
Tiny tv.
Very comfortable place to stay, bed very comfortable, perfect location. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Having breakfast included was also a highlight.
Quite difficult to park in the surroundings. Also water in the shower didn't get really hot.

Breakfast was very nice, with all the basics you need in addition to a variety of sweet cakes.
The room was clean and also very quiet, so you could have a rest without being disturbed. The room had a central location in a charming area in the the old town.
A little drawback was that the breakfast was served in an other building a couple of minutes away. It would have been fair to inform about that in the presentation. Also, I booked a room with a balcony, and the pictures on the internet showed a great view of the sea, and the text boasted "Landmark view" and "City view". The view, however, was of a backyard with a glimpse of a street restaurant. If I had known, I probably would have chosen another solution for my vacation.
