Bella Tropea Suite

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location! Alexei was an amazing host and made our time in Tropea unforgettable. If you have the opportunity to signup for the cooking class, do it! The experience was unmatchable and included Calabrian wine that we liked so much we all brought bottles home with us. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️🇮🇹

Phenomenal sweeping views, nicest host of all stops, great town and restaurants, shops etc!

Bella Tropea Suite was absolutely wonderful and breathtaking. The photos do not do this place justice. The view is incredible. My wife and I travel often and this apartment was one of the cleanest and best equipped place we have ever been in. You have plenty of towels, beach towels, bed linens, bathroom essentials (including a blow dryer), plenty of toilet paper, a brand new washing machine, kitchen was fully stocked. His father and family designed and constructed a beautiful place that you can tell was done out of love with no detail being missed. It is also located in a great spot so we were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, beach with no problem. There’s also a pharmacia a few blocks away that has a great staff of people.
Upon arrival, Alexei picked us up from the train stain and we were greeted with a huge bowl of fruits, bottle of Prosecco, freshly baked cookies, and every snack and drink you could need during your stay.
Alexei also provided us with a long list of recommendations (do not skip out on Lido Charly for the beach or Sfizi and Capricci for cornetti). He will also handle booking reservations for dinner or excursions for you if interested. He recommended us to a day spa which was great but unfortunately they held my passport and we didn’t realize until later that evening. We asked Alexei for help calling the spa because of language barriers but by the time we woke up the next day, Alexei already had my passport! The spa was wonderful aside from this mishap.
