The guest and the place were nice, although we went in winter time we enjoyed everything. The place close the Historic Centre where you can find a delicious food, very nice place on The ViewTho and amazing sunsets even in winter. We loved it!

The location is very good if you are looking to be near the edge of the old city as it is just near a main road that is accessible with a car if you are driving or in a taxi. The rooms are located in a pleasant square, which is relatively quiet even with the activity there, with easy access to the upper (older) part of the city and not far from the lower (newer) part of the city. Beach is Jayne a 10-15 minute walk.
The room was basic but decent for the price. There was enough space, a place to put a bag, and a decent window out onto a Juliette balcony. Overall it was pretty clean and functional. Communication was good and Giovanni came within 5 minutes of calling, but anyone staying here would need to have a way to call because there is no reception.
It did not affect my review, but it should be noted for anyone with lots of big bags or older with difficulty mounting stairs, this might be tricky. There are quite a few steps up to the residence and many more into the unit.
The only problems I had were that the Wi-Fi was very spotty and the shower hot water kicked out on me twice (once it came back, once it did not).
