We travelled as a family with a toddler and would not recommend this resort for families with young children.
The biggest frustration was food. The resort has a baby kitchen, yet when we asked pool bar staff and reception where to find food for our child, nobody was able to point us to it. The baby kitchen turned out to be self-catering only, with poor equipment and large cuts of meat that were impossible to prepare without proper knives. The meal schedule — lunch 12:30–14:00, dinner 19:30–21:00 — leaves a five-hour gap with nothing available, and for an all-inclusive package we'd expect at least some fruit or a snack in between.
Beyond food: tables at breakfast were left uncleared, loud music plays throughout the resort all day, and the internet was down for two full days (a safety issue for us as our baby monitor needed a data connection). Mobile signal is also very weak. Maybe because the resort is really far from civilization and without possibility to travel outside on your own. Communication is difficult unless you speak Italian — the one exception being the entertainments team, who were friendly, energetic, and spoke English well.
Beach loungers are included but positioned about six rows from the water, making sea access a trek.
The animation team were genuinely great — but overall, this resort is not set up for families with young children.
