The worst week of my life spent on holiday, with the feeling of wanting to leave the property as soon as possible (or rather if nn had been for my wife and the thought of my children I would have gone away as soon as I arrived and saw the condition of the room).
Arriving at the lard I wait over 60 minutes to check in where I find a person who can hardly answer the basic questions.
Fact they invite me to reach the room barely pointing at me and without having a support to move the suitcases since most of the rooms were far from the parking lot.
So far, he could have stayed… I enter the room, where there was also a bit of scotch applied which meant that the room had been sanitized, but here begins our nightmare. Room elanche if with good spaces, poorly maintained, good part of the furnishings were old, with a smell of sewer but above all dust and bad thing PELI and CAPELLI everywhere!
I immediately ask for the intervention back in reception, where in the meantime there were another 6/7 families who complain about this, 2 people arrive to clean up my room in 3 minutes but in the re-entry and move the bed to make room to the cradle you presence the reverse…
I get upset enough to make the change of room, I get accompanied by one of their collaborators but in the new room you find the same situation while there were at least a dozen families who complain about the cleaning of the rooms.
