➜ I state that I have not had the opportunity to be their customer so I review the booking service and who takes care of it. Called the afternoon of August 4 and the very kind Marta offers me a price for full board, we agree that I would have booked shortly. The next morning my wife calls to lock the room cn deposit, but they tell her that the previous rate nn was possible xke expired. I call back, it is a rude and rude lady tells me that it was necessary to book immediately, after having reiterated several times that nn had been communicated to me, tells me that if I liked the rate was the current one. I have no words for
