Despite having booked and booked a room for August 14 and 15, confirmed 2 days earlier, when I arrived at the hotel I was informed that the booking had been cancelled and that they had no other free rooms. Therefore necessary n I could stay there. Incorrect.

A decent hotel at a strategic position. The hotel's neat and tidy, the staff is kind, gentle and mainly helpful. Provided with lots of suggestions on sight seeing, great suggestions to find decent restaurants and bakeries for buying locally made typical gastronomic delights usually known by only residents. Will definitely revisit if I should have a possibility once again. I wish the young girl Irene, in the reception, lots of luck for the upcoming event of her life, wedding. Grazie a tutti staff!

Too many stars for the knight hotel. Little attention for group tourists especially at the restaurant. Clean room but dirty glass and shutters. Furniture dated rooms. Electronic key and malfunctioning conditioning.

New hotel, I think renovated recently, the room is welcoming and the staff helpful and courteous.

Nice hotel, courteous staff, decent kitchen, clean rooms but with noisy conditioning, hot water late to get out.
The parking lot is not large and you have to book for the place…

Excellent in all staff available, clean environment, comfortable and spacious rooms, dinner and breakfast great and abundant.

Cold water for shower The is not perfectly air conditioned it is cold so 1 star and also very delusissimo.

Cleaning. Welcome, kindness and especially comfort… They are the characteristics of this hotel… Definitely come back. Thanks to the availability of the staff.

Beautiful Hotel. Great service.

Central and walking distance from the center. In the evening the country is very much lived. The hotel is close to a very good pizzeria where you can taste great panzerotti and there is a bank nearby.

I won't be back! Overall negative experience, motivations: noisy, mediocre breakfast, too long times for someone like me is out for work, just to get the bill I had to wait 20 minutes.

Fantastic hotel, great cuisine and wonderful and very nice staff… we will definitely come back… thank you for your hospitality.

Don't be intimidated by 4stars, prices are on the level of service. Elegant furnishings, service is living up to expectations. Probable fault, the lack of assistance at night, but the staff did forget what had happened. On restaurant service no objection!
