Guests particularly highlight the hospitality of Mauro, who not only manages the breakfasts but also acts as a guide, helping guests discover the city from a new perspective. The warm welcome from Rossella is also mentioned. The employees are described as tactful, discreet, and always ready to help with a smile.

The hotel serves generous and varied breakfasts, including both sweet and savory dishes, as well as homemade pastries. Breakfasts are served in the common hall at the entrance, which guests describe as very high quality, although some note that the room can be somewhat cramped and limited in space. The service during breakfast is considered impeccable.

The hotel features its own restaurant, Corteinfiore, which guests rate as excellent and strongly recommend for dinner.

Complimentary drinking water (still and sparkling) as well as coffee are provided in the rooms. Some rooms feature a mini-bar. For hygiene, there is a large and powerful shower, as well as a hairdryer. However, one guest noted that standard soap bars are used instead of liquid soap dispensers, which run out quickly.

The hotel does not have an elevator, and the structure is located across several levels. To reach the room, one must climb a narrow and steep staircase (approximately thirty steps), which makes moving with heavy luggage difficult. Due to this, the hotel is not recommended for elderly people, individuals with mobility issues, or families with small children.
