Absolutely avoid this hotel. My wife and I who are wheelchair-bound booked on Booking a stay for 2 days requiring a suitable room for disabled person. The hotel management informs us that it does not have rooms suitable for disabled people but that it does not intend to refund us the reservation and WILL NOT REFUND IT to US. Never happened before!
so don't choose this hotel thank you.

We spent one night in this 4 stars central hotel and we booked a superior room with breakfast
We found the room not well kept, terribe conditions of the bathroom (see photos)
The bedroom was not bad and the staff is really kind, however there is lack of quality, cleaning and attention in the staff. Another issue is the breakfast which was really poor. The hotel is well appointed and in a nice, historical building however we feel this is not a 4 stars, neither a 3 stars. We also paid a deposit for a group in June 2020 and so far, after a cancellation sent more than a month ago, we still did not receive the refund. Please DO NOT GO in this hotel.

Hotel located in a great location in the old town of Lecce! We had a great time, as the staff were very friendly and professional, the rooms were elegant and comfortable … cherry on the cake was breakfast : quality and varied! We will return with great pleasure!
