This B&B is run by a nice woman who is very helpful and has good restaurant suggestions and places to visit. She is around enough but not too much. The flat itself was very tasteful with extremely high ceilings. Our room was very big with a separate study area and large bathroom. It was right in the heart of Lecce so lots of cafes and bars to choose from. The only draw back was that there was no air conditioning which, in the middle of August, made things pretty hot. We made do with a couple of fans but never felt particularly cool. It was also quite noisy as we had to keep the windows open — but that’s all part of the deal if you want to be central.
