Well fitted out b&b within historic building complex and with lounge and bedroom on separate levels. Very comfortable with lots of space. Excellent location tucked away but very close to Basilica de Santa Croce and within easy walking distance of all the old city attractions. Breakfast is available at a nearby gelateria. Francesco is a very helpful and pleasant host.
Wow, this place is HEAVEN on earth! Not only is the location excellent, but the owner Francisco is also the sweetest and most accommodating man I know. Besides his English being A+, he is outstanding in returning messages. The room is huge, with a great shower and immaculate conditions and the downstairs has 3 comfy sofas to relax after a full day of sightseeing. There are tons of space to sprawl out with your luggage and being this was our 5th week in Italy, we needed the space to reorganize! Also, he has the fastest Wi-Fi we've had from Sicily to Puglia, and that was worth millions! Again you are steps away from Santa Croce Church with great shops and restaurants. Francisco recommend a "typical" local restaurant and it was fantastic! Oh the burrata! Parking was simple and convenient at a designated lot that Francisco recommended and well worth it. It's only a short walk but of course Francisco insisted on picking us up due to the amount of luggage we have, now that's service! I hope you enjoy Lecce as much as I did and stay in this fabulous and reasonable B&B!
