We did not commence our stay here due to physical constraints at our age of 74. Please note that, although well-located in the old town of Lecce, the building has steep, long stairs to the floors with rooms. We needed to withdraw our reservation due to our inability to navigate them. Prior to this, communication with the owner was good.

I can't say much about the rooms. We had made a booking, but the night before our stay, our booking was simply cancelled. No one responded to our messages, and no one could be reached by telephone. So I can't recommend it at all, unless you want to find yourself out on the street at short notice.
