We stayed at Palazzo Sant’Anna for Christmas a few weeks ago. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Beatrice, her family and staff. To say that we were treated as family right from the start is an understatement. First off the rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s obvious no expense was spared in the construction of Sant’Anna. It truly feels like high end accommodations with a small quaint family atmosphere. The Palazzo is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Lecce with multiple restaurant/bars, shopping Etc. Thank you again Beatrice to you and your family for the hospitality.

Management structure excellent in every aspect. Quality of services, courtesy, professionalism and above all expectations. The hostess and staff were perfect. Absolutely recommended to the discerning travellers.

We spent the first leg of our honeymoon with Beatrice and her partner. It felt like home away from home. Not only is Beatrice and her partner super nice and warm but they have created such a beautiful space which you never want to leave. The breakfasts are amazing, my favourite was the berry pie, and the suites are well curated. The hotel is in the old part of Lecce which is super romantic. Beatrice helped my then fiancée now husband organize a few surprises. We felt super special. I almost cried when we left. Definitely will be returning, not just for Lecce but for Beatrice too.

Exquisite! Staying at the Palazzo Sant’Anna was an experience in its own right that was nothing short of exquisite. Beatrice and Martina clearly put their heart in creating an absolute gem of a B&B – in fact it should be classified under ‘Boutique B&Bs’. If that term doesn’t already exist, then Beatrice and Martina have created it. Of course the four most important aspects to any hotel or B&B I stay in are safety, cleanliness, comfortable beds and location. There’s no need to mention those here because the Palazzo Sant’Anna surpassed what quickly became very basic requirements. The design is gorgeous. It’s a combination of old architecture, with fresh, elegant, and contemporary interior decoration. The light, earthy and natural colours are actually soothing. I felt like I was in a Spa. Then lo and behold, it turns out that Beatrice actually owns one in Lecce … that explains the wonderful body wash, the bathrobe, and slippers too. It also explains the super hospitality and all the pampering that was endless. The breakfast was fully serviced. Not only was I was made fresh juice in the morning, but I’m a Coeliac and have to be on a gluten free diet. They had a lovely choice of breads, cheeses, fruit, etc. I had the most amazing GF almond and cherry pie. Even after a massive lunch, I came back and wanted more with that fresh coffee. I toured the place and it can meet various needs. The rooms suit single travelers and couples with children.
